Join the gang at Walter and Iona Young’s camp on Boyd Lake for an afternoon of BBQ and great entertainment. See Bunny and Willie Furge for more info. July 23 Joe McGee, author, Bible teacher and former school administrator, has spent that last 30 years training people from all walks of life in building strong family, marriage and parenting relationships. As a husband of over 43 years and father of six children, Joe mixes years of personal experience with the principles of God’s Word to bring about pointed, but humorous illustrations, which challenge people to become all God has called them to be. Joe will be with us 10:30 am & again at 5 pm for a special Better Together night. KOTM available during our pm service. July 29 Elevate Gulf Hagis Hike. Contact Vinny with questions. It’s back! A community favorite, Mega Sports Camp provides a fun and energetic week of athletics combined with the Word of God. Held at Central Middle school, it’s for all kids entering kindergarten in the fall through those who just completed the 5th grade. We offer baseball, softball, soccer, cheering, and basketball. Only $15 for the entire week of camp (includes a T-shirt). Be with us Sunday mornings at 10:30 am as we continue our study on a new disciple each week. Upcoming… EMPOWERING EDUCATION Throughout the month of August, we are collecting school supplies for the children in our local public schools. Keep watch for a list of the items we are asking to be donated each week. Together we can impact our children, our teachers and our community! The summer is heating up! Stay on fire and join our “Four Gospels in 90days.” Text 90days to 313131 and have it delivered directly to your phone each morning!
