MM! Theres 2 sides to every coin my friends and today youll read of the many benifitof burning incense. I do urge you to not burn dollar store incense because it IS full ofthings not good for our health. Also, I burn resins on a charcoal puck. Usually its eithefrankencense or myrr. I get these resins directly from my neices mother-inlaw wholives in Yemin!WHY BURN INCENSE?

Its generous. It connects you to the elements. It sparks appreciation. It is healthy. Itbrings you back. It joins heaven and earth. It offers a lesson. It makes you prepare.

Those who never or rarely use incense often think of it as merely an air freshener or anodor eater and are unaware of the many benefits of incense to the mind and body. Evemany incense fans who use it regularly may not fully appreciate all its physical andpsychological benefits.

The list below will make it clear why just about every religion since the beginning oftime has used incense for its spiritual powers, why tribal healers and physiciansthroughout history have used incense for its healing powers, why monks have used

incense for thousands of years for its concentration powers, and why artists use incensto inspire creativity.

1. Its generous. Ritual is an important part of living, even small rituals that may seeminconsequential. The significance of offering a stick of incense is key. It doesnt moveyou any closer to stated goals. It doesnt seem to address your current concerns,whether they are about personal relationships or world hunger. Yet, offeringwithout expectation of something in return for your gesture is training in generositthe act of letting go.

2. It connects you to the elements. Incense has to be lit. It requires fire to ignite andoxygen to burn. We need oxygen to breath and fire to live. It is a truism to say that tosurvive, we need a relationship to our world, our elemental world, the world of oursenses. By striking a match, lighting and sensing a stick of incense, you have reigniteda relationship with the world that sustains you.

Lightworker (now-n);Any being dedicated to the cultivation of inner presence and theelevation of awareness in self and other selves. This being is called a lightworker and an evolutionary step toward a state of "LightBeing" What's happening in the world?There is an awakening happening all around the world. And that awakening involvesyou and every being that exists on our lovely home planet, mother earth. We are trulyentering a renaissance of spiritual evolution, an evolutionary process that proceeds antranscends the physical. Our wisdom stems from coming to understand how little weconceptually know about life, god, the universe and everything, and embracing thefundamental truth of inherent divinity within all life.

What is a Lightworker? Everyone is a Lightworker whether they know it at all. Just astruth is truth whether anyone knows it or not. The real question arises then, "Am Iaware of who I am?" What is Lightworking? Just as the sun rises each morning, to shine its light into the worldso it is with lightworking. To walk upon the face of the planet lightly, light in spirit andbearing, and shine love, happiness, tranquillity and peace into the world. To calm theinner turmoil, to just be, and be at one with who you truly are, to love and honour life asan expression of divinity, to love all that is, that power some call god, and of course tolove one and other unconditionally. In being true to the divine presense within all beingsand releasing all false thought forms, all masks and illusions, is the essence oflightworking. In this lightworking emanates love, happiness, joy, faith, hope andinspiration into the inner and outer world. This not only helps to awaken the lightworkebut also to awaken others to their own natural state. What can be called enlightenment,what may be called ascension. A Lightworkers divine mission then comes to life, as oneenters the flow of creation and maintains the presence of awareness without being caughup in the turmoil of the creation. This is done in the service of all. For all beings (selfincluded), all the time.

What does a Lightworker do? All life exists for a sacred purpose. A Lightworker, that is abeing, aware of their true presence, their inner awareness and non-dual nature thenbecomes a vehicle for divine activation. This role is a very simple and a natural one. Whethe illusionary self is dissolved into the true sense of being, the IAM presence, a beingbegins to shine and resonate this mandala field of pure state bliss. The transition startsfrom Lightworker to Light Being. This activation can occur anywhere, in any situation, inall places, roles and demographics, from the mother at home to the soldier in the militaryeven in the depths of the darkest regions of human nature this blossoming occurs. It canbe slow, or instant. It has been this way for eternity. For all the people, all the time. All fo

one and one for all. This is the effortless state of being, devoid of all grasping, all seekingThis is existence under a blue sky, and bright sunshine, exposing all to the life givingenergies of our divine source.

What is the Light Energy? Light Energy has many names. Some names include, the

oriental Chi, Yin and Yang, the Indian Prana, and the Greek Aether. The light Energy

pervades all. It encompasses all things. It is of the source, but not the source. It is the

flow itself. It is the essence of all things. The primordial essence of spirit before it

manifest into form. It is from where all things emanate, and all things return. It is thestuff of stars and the stuff of souls. We see it, and experience it in this material world a

both form/matter and energy vibration. We experience it as thought and emotions. All

these things are waves on the primordial ocean, resonating in various frequencies. All

energy is frequency, and all frequency is harmony. Everything before you now is

connected through frequency.

The sounds you hear.. Do Re MI Fa So La Ti DO.. to the light you see.. Red, Orange,Yellow, Green, Blue, Magenta, Violet, RED, winding its way up through thefrequencies. Even the course elements of matter are connected to this harmonyH,He,Li,Be,B,C,N. Each is the same, just operating on a different frequency, at adifferent harmonic. All is Light.. All is Energy. And its master is divine consciousness.We are constantly, directing spirit into form, thought, actions and endeavours. Thequestion arises. "From what level of consciousness to I create?" This will determine theresults and experiences of life. Each being, operates in various levels of consciousnessYet when creation emanates from the source itself, free from resistance and obstructiondivine will manifests. Heaven is made manifest on earth. The cards are stacked forgrowth and learning. We will be guided by angels or pushed by demons.

Where do I start? Being a Lightworker is both very easy and very hard. How hard is it be the real you? Are you prepared to let go of everything? Think of who you will bewhen all form and material life is gone. That is the real you. Are you prepared toforgive and release all? There is nothing you must do, it's all about what you no longer

need to do. To stop hiding, to face the true awesome reality of who and what you are,free from all illusions. Are you a thinking, breathing, centered person? Do you controlyour ego, or does your ego control you? Do you live in a state of awareness or reaction?Where are you looking for your answers? Within or without? These are all seriousquestions we must contemplate and come to accept for ourselves.. To "Know Thy Self"beyond mind, beyond ego, beyond words is the first and only step.

Is there anything else I can do? Once the flow of creation is embraced, great energy isreleased, life becomes the adventure it truly was meant to be. What needs to be done,

will present itself in every moment. All that needs to be accomplished, resolved andunderstood, will be. Be present, be still within the vortex of creation, in humble awe.We are all children of the one source, we are all babes. Take time out, take it easy,awaken and reconnect within yourself at your own pace. Take nothing personaly.Meditation, practicing awareness, observing your thoughts and mind flow are all stageof re-awakening to your true enlightened nature. Allow it to happen just as a floweropens itself to the sunshine each day, so too will you blossom when the time is right.Remember, in this creative experience, this world of perpetual change and form,everything is a perfect manifestation in relation to the consciousness that is creating it

The world is a mirror. Every moment brings with it a perfect experience that is tailoredby you, for you. Learn from it. For many, this can be a hard truth to face.

Are Lightworkers religious? Lightworkers are not bound by any religion or ideology. Iyou are part of a religious organization then so be it. That's just perfect for you. But inthis world of form, change is inevitable. Lightworkers are not a religious ideology.There is a vast difference between spirituality and religion. Many religions formed toassist the process of re-awakening in practitioners and adherents. They can all point thway, but only serve as tools and methods. The tools used to build the house, are not th

What about God? There is no concept that can define God. That power some call God the source of all. It is the over arching divine consciousness that guides and directs alllife in form and non form. We know God by knowing our true selves. We do not needto consciously understand, rationalize or define God for God to be real. Like us, GodJust IS. We accept there is great power in who we are, and the processes of how we eaccame to be. Yet each is free to formulate their own interpretation of what that power isyet to do so may prove futile. HOwever we can come to understand aspects of God.

LIke the fact that God pervades each and everyone of us, exists both within us, aroundus and is intricately connected to us. God works, with us and through us and for thatwe honor and love God through divine service and existing in a state of least resistancto God. We honor the process and honor our own role within it. To see through theillusionary nature of form and see clearly each and every beings, non dual nature. Tosee the God aspect in each other, and to love God.

What about Ascended Masters, Messiahs & Prophets? Each are free to follow theirinspirational hero's and teachers throughout history. And each should never fear to

question, rationalize, or reason. But realize the ever changing nature of thought. Gowithin to the source for guidance. Believe what you will, but do so in deep consultatiowith the inner master. In Spiritual teachings you will surely find wisdom, in yourquestions you will find reason, and in your doubts, you will find learning and growthBut in awareness you will find the only perspective that truly matters.

I love Mullein. I am not sure why but I love the way it looks. Something about thisplant makes me feel warm inside. I can't explain it but it is the truth for me. I had nomullein growing around my house or up the hollow.

Two summers ago I was in Thurmond, an old ghost town in West Virginia. I found ahuge mullein plant growing beside the road. The stalk was full of seeds. I took thestalk...brought it to my house and shook the stalk free of it's seeds in front of my hous

Nothing happened. I was kind of disappointed. So disappointed that my husband

ordered Mullein seeds for me. I didn't plant those seeds until this spring. They are stilgrowing out in a pot on my back porch.

I was hoeing up weeds around the rose bushes and wild onions about 6 weeks ago. planted some horseradish I had received from a kind person in my Herbal Class. And noticed a small green plant that was growing in the corner. I hoed around it. It caughtmy attention so fully and I didn't know why.

After I was done working in this planting bed, I sat down and drew the little green

plant in the corner. I had no idea what it was but it pulled my attention so intently. Foweeks I had no idea what it was. I just let it grow because I loved looking at it...

And then one day I noticed it was growing a stalk with small yellow flowers on it. Itwas mullein. I was so ecstatic! No wonder I was so enthralled with this plant. Now itmakes perfect sense. Well, at least to me.

The indigenous peoples of America span the planet, sharing many different physicalaspects. These First Nations as many now refer to them, are not just native Americansin North America. They include all the peoples of the lands who have similar DNAmarkers to the Inuit and North American nations, thus the group extends to the Asianpeoples as well. As one studies these indigenous peoples around the continents, onebegins to see many similarities in culture and heritage. Harvest Festivals is one suchexample.

In America, First Nations and Native Americans marked time by the sun and the moona moon being a month, with the Full Moon being the most important night/day of eachmonth. This is similar to the Lunar Calendar used by many Asian cultures in the pastand present. Feast Days (festivals) were held at each Full Moon around North Americathe type of celebration led by the customs of the Indigenous Nation involved.

However, Autumn seems nearly always to have been the time of Three Native Nationsharvest thanks celebrations.

Thus, there were three thanksgiving feast days (holidays) every fall before the "whitemen" came to the Western Hemisphere.

The Green Corn Festival is a three day festival of Thanksgiving and Forgiveness.

Native Americans have celebrated this festival after the first full moon in August(sometimes September), when the corn is a certain height - the young corn for a firsttender harvest. The nations that celebrated and celebrate this holiday include: Iroquoi(7 nations, including Mohawk, in New York, Pennsylvania and surrounding areas, alsonear New England), Creek, Cherokee, Seminole, and Yuchi. The Santa Ana Pueblopeople of New Mexico, celebrate again on July 26, before August and sponsor a dance

and fiesta as well.

This ceremonial harvest celebration begins with initial fasting and cleansing, praying,and building a scared fire that is not to burn out during the days of feasting (like theOlympic Torch). Some groups believed that the young harvested corn contained afemale spirit that they called First Woman. Otherwise, the Great Spirit was thanked foeverything.Roasted corn is first eaten in celebration of the first young harvest and is followed bycornbread, corn soup, tortillas of maize in the Southwest, game caught by the hunters

of the group, fruits, and other vegetables. Here are also games, dancing, and singing.Drumming circle cannot be forgotten.

The Harvest Moon Festival

This is the Thanksgiving of September when a full harvest of corn, fruits, vegetables,grains, nuts, fish, and small game. and other foods are gathered together. Originally,the Native Americans thanked every living thing around them for helping them to livethrough sacrificing themselves to be food and clothing.

This is similar in part to the Animistic religion of early Korea and some other Asiannations, in which all living things have a spirit. With Native Americans, the animalsand crops were not worshipped, but they were thanked. Festivities have included a lotof dancing now held at Pow Wows, singing, drumming circles, games, and otheractivities.This holiday has historically presented thankfulness for life, food, shelter, andclothing. The Great Spirit, a single God, was thanked for all of it. After this celebrationhunting big game for the winter food supply began at full force.

Feast of the Hunters Moon

This holiday is celebrated in September or October. In Indiana, for instance, it iscelebrated at the end of September.Before the 1700s, and especially prior to 1500, the Native Americans in the Midwest anNortheastern US celebrated by themselves, or with neighboring hunting bands.

The Native Americans had, in fact, celebrated it for centuries and, as other sourcesdescribe, had begun to drift away from it as the Europeans began over-hunting theranges of America.

In Kentucky, the holiday is celebrated in Grand Rivers in October. There are alsoseveral small celebrations throughout southern Ohio. The Hunter's Moon Festival isnot celebrated as widely overall today as the Green Corn Moon and Harvest MoonFestivals. This may be because hunting is not such a large part of life any longer formany Native Americans.

I remember 5 yrs ago when I was recovering in the hospital, from cancer, Iwill sneak out from my room and go to other rooms , and touch patiencehands, some brushed me off and turn their back on me , I felt the inner

wound inside them and I felt sad.... but others when I hold their hand they

smile at me, other like embrace. it was a very wonderful feeling full of light(this is my secret why I recover very fast....)

I believe that our greatest hunger isn't food , I believe our greatest hunger ifor love and to share light to others and one of the most important ways of

receiving and sharing love and light is through our skin.

Meditating with Animals - They Help You RelaxAnd Get In Touch With Spirit

We all know that watching fish swim, chickens peck, or cats stretch can be veryrelaxing, but did you know that you can actually extend the art of animal watching to ameditation that can offer you deep insights into the wisdom of animals?

One of our favorite teachers, Abraham-Hicks, likes to say that whenever you want toattract something into your life, feel the desire for that thing and then pet the cat. Whyshould you pet the cat? Because almost by osmosis you get that relaxed, go-with-the-flow, allowing feeling that cats automatically exude, and Abraham teaches that

allowing is the key to manifestation.

Animals, by their very nature, are more in touch with Spirit than we are, and tend to beconnected to all that is higher. If you want to relax, get back in touch with Spirit, andconnect with the higher, try this simple animal meditation.

1) Get into a comfortable position where you can see the animal you want to meditatewith. Make sure the animal youve chosen is in a relaxed state of being. You can choosa cat, dog, horse, cow any animal that seems to have the spiritual youre looking for.

2) Observe the animal closely. Notice the color of their coat or skin, the way the lightcatches different parts of their body. Notice anything that comes to you about theanimals appearance. Keep this level of observation for a minute or two.

3) Next, begin to mimic the animals breathing. Match the animal breath for breath.Now extend that mimicry to include the animals expression and focus of attention. Arthe eyes open or closed? Where is the animals attention? What is he or she looking at?Is the animals attention inwardly or outwardly focused? Stay focused on this aspect o

the meditation for a few minutes, until you really begin to feel that you are beingbreathed by the animals rhythm.

4) Finally, if you want, mimic the animals action. If a cat is twitching its tail, imagineyou have a tail, then twitch it in the same rhythm. If the horse you are watching ischewing grass, move your jaw in the same motion. How does that feel? Stay with themeditation as long as you wish, or until you get the connection youre looking for.

If youve chosen an animal that is truly in a connected state of being, and you mimicthat animals actions, expressions, breathing and attention, you will begin to feel thesame sort of spiritual connection that most animals feel all the time. Plus, it will giveyou a lot of insight into how your animal perceives the world.

This exercise works because of the law of as above, so below. When you physicallymimic your chosen animal, your mind and spirit will also mimic the animals mentaland spiritual state. What fast forward button?


We all go through times when we wish we could press a fast-forward button and propourselves into the future and out of our current circumstances. Whether the situationwe are facing is minor, or major such as the loss of a loved one, it is human nature towant to move away from pain and find comfort as soon as possible. Yet we all knowdeep down that we need to work through these experiences in a conscious fashionrather than bury our heads in the sand, because these are the times when we accessimportant information about ourselves and life. The learning process may not be easy,but it is full of lessons that bring us wisdom we cannot find any other way. The desireto press fast-forward can lead to escapism and denial, both of which only prolong ourdifficulties and in some cases make them worse. The more direct, clear, and courageouwe are in the face of whatever we are dealing with, the more quickly we will movethrough the situation. Understanding this, we may begin to realize that trying to findthe fast-forward button is really more akin to pressing pause. When we truly grasp thathe only way out of any situation in which we find ourselves is to go through it, westop looking for ways to escape and we start paying close attention to what ishappening. We realize that we are exactly where we need to be. We remember that weare in this situation in order to learn something we need to know, and we can alleviatesome of our pain with the awareness that there is a purpose to our suffering.When you feel the urge to press the fast-forward button, remember that you are notalone; we all instinctively avoid pain. But in doing so, we often prolong our pain anddelay important learning. As you choose to move forward in real time, know that in thlong run, this is the least painful way to go.

Although it is nice to know that our presence of Positive and Light presence is alwaysthere within us for the ones who know it and are confident in it..sometimes findourselves going places we would preferably not want to..but as a Light being Light is

needed in many places ..some not so nice .. but we cant always try to keep it fluffy forourselves..maybe we can do our best to smooth things out for others but for ourselvesas Light beings who spread energy has to take it to levels unknown to others..

Which has happened to me recently. I have dealt with things in past and manged to gebeyond them and then I found myself in a situation that was kind of hairy but in all itis what it is in the real world..

Even if you get around those who seem to be hopeless or careless sometimes all it take

is a hint of wisdom for them to see a spark that may change their presence and intent ithe near future. sometimes some of these people have not seen the right spark..

many try to pretend their is no such existance in the real world ..people do kill ..thingshappen..we would rather not .. wars and Famine.. but as you reach people one by one..the hope builds up.. is the purpose of the collective in trying to make such changes tospread that energy ..to let people know its there and possible..kind of hard withoutinstant proof .. but words can reach into a soul and tell the inner self of a persontherefore clicking in their brain to make them think..

are many out there wont even try or just dont know how being too caught up in it alland cant slow down.and will be some who will be in fear for you or worry of your challenges..but as long ayou got confidence in what you do ..that person shouldnt feed you doubt ..its not givinyou power..

Dear Ones, things are moving so fast these days, We are all out of breath. It is anexciting time, isnt it? But even with all the positive changes, you probably know somefolks who are getting crankier and crankier because our loving energy challenges theemotional settings and philosophy of life they are used to. You can see it is a case ofbeing shaken from their underpinnings, and for people who tend to be a little rigid orcontrolling, this can be an enormous challenge. They will struggle to hang on to theirold ways until something reaches a breaking point - either they will stop fighting it anease into the new higher vibration, or they will begin to lash out, blaming others fortheir discomfort. In this case it may be their relationships which will break. Either waythey will find the horizons expanding, and everyone will be offered the opportunity toopen their sites to new and different ways to live.

How are you handling the shifts? Do you find yourself exhausted one day, so energizeyou can hardly sleep the next? Do you find yourself falling in love with your friendsand neighbors in a way you have never felt before? Do you see the sparkling Godpresence in the children around you as never before? Have you experienced animalscoming up to you to get acquainted, even the wild ones? Do you greet them warmly anwithout fear? If you do, you will be affirming your connection with all living creaturesand Mother Nature will smile.

When you open your heart, all the world feels your warmth and will beam up to meetyou. Do not minimize the importance of this attraction. It is the growing evidence ofOur loving presence, which you are feeling as Light beaming down on and through yoas your I AM Presence. Feel it: the stream of Love flows down through your crownchakra, through the center of your brain, the third eye center, your throat chakra anddown into your heart center. Anchor it there so that you feel the powerful connectionbetween the center of your brain and the center of your heart. Then let it flow ondownward through your lower chakras and into the Earth. Mother Earth will feel yourloving energy and will respond in kind.

Once you anchor the energy of the I Am Presence in your mind and heart, your life wilunfold in a very different way. The small annoyances that used to ruin your day willbecome trivial, hardly worth noticing. The people who used to drive you crazy willseem a bit amusing in their extreme attitudes. You may find you no longer are attractedto the material belongings you used to covet; in fact, you may find you are so occupiedwith creative work and social interactions that you hardly give those things a secondthought anymore. You may even feel small ripples of repulsion when you hear peoplebragging about their new cars or expensive toys.

Do not be alarmed if you have cravings to leave everything you have spent yearsbuilding - your business, your career, your bank account, all the things you thought ofas success - to give it all away and begin over in a simpler way. It is a normal responseto the Love Bug. You might say you have been bitten by the energy of Love, and it willmake you itch for the deeply satisfying real experiences you have put on hold forlater, after you have completed all the things you planned for.What if nothing you planned for comes to completion? What if you walk out your dooone morning and discover that the whole world smiles on you, and there is no morereason to compete with yourself or anyone else because you are perfect just the wayyou are, and you have everything you need? This is the New Golden Age you arefeeling being born this very year. It will bring far more than an end to poverty andwant. It will not create unlimited appetite for material possessions, because that wasthe false satisfaction for not enough Love. When Love enters your heart - not from thegift of love from another but from within yourself - nothing can be more fulfilling orcomplete.

What will people do if they have no immediate needs? Of course, they will create a nelife for themselves based on the beliefs and feelings that remain lodged in theirsystems from The Old Days, if they have not prepared themselves for the real changesaround them. This is where all of you come in. You are the initiates, the leaders whowill show the way when everyone else is trying to replace the old structures with moreold structures just like the ones that have disintegrated. Your talents and your trainingwill be invaluable. Even the education you thought was irrelevant will serve you well.

Each of you has a special gift; you are often too blinded by the criticism you grew upwith to even notice it. You have, without your realizing it, gathered information and

skills which will increase the value of those gifts. The difference will be that the skillswhich would have brought in more money are going to be far less valuable than theones which were overlooked in the old system. For instance, good teachers will be ofgreat value, and we do not mean those who know how to wield a piece of chalk.Remember the Golden Age of Greece - would you not prefer to be taught by Socrates,strolling with you through the town square, presenting you with brain puzzles andchallenging moral questions than to be lectured at in a class of two hundred fidgeting,bored college sophomores?

Look deeply into yourself. Notice how many of the things you have becomeaccustomed to doing are actually escapist; they helped you to avoid the feelings leftover from a day or a year of doing something you dislike. Watching television, forinstance, is not truly relaxing; it is hypnotic. It may be better than pacing the floor, butit does not nourish your soul. The same goes for many of the entertainments which fitinto the category of what you call hanging out. If it requires or even includes a mindaltering substance, it is a symptom of dis-ease, dissatisfaction with life, but youprobably feel defensive about keeping it. Of course you do. It helped to while away thmiserable hours. No such activities will be required when you have nothing to make

you feel stifled and misused.

What did you love to do as a child? Dont discount playing in the creek, or coloringcrayon pictures in your room, or being enraptured by the bean plant you were allowedto raise yourself. Every activity that is self-initiated indicates inner-directed motivationa wonderful trait of all humankind which has been demoted to hobby status by thecurrent culture. It is this inner drive which will have the chance to flourish in the newera.

We are giving you these images and ideas of what to think about and what to expect so

that you are not overwhelmed or completely disoriented by the changes. Learn to flowwith it in your imagination, and you will be able to do so in reality. We have beenpreparing together for this wonderful change for years now, little by little. Think backon the past 5 years, and you will realize how you have evolved. No single shift may beobvious as you are living it, but the cumulative learning experiences have had a life-changing impact, have they not? Ten years ago would you have been attracted tochanneled messages from Mother/Father God in the eager way you are now? Howmany of you have said to us: Thank you! I just cant get enough!

We delight in your thirst for Truth. Many of you have left dogmatic religions but felt abit rudderless, without a replacement which could satisfy your soul longing for a realconnection to Us. You were taught you needed an intermediary, someone to interpretthe Word of God for you. We are here to tell you that is not true. Each of you has withinyou the ability to feel our presence, to listen to your intuition and follow it, and even thear our voices speaking to you as our dear channel does.

We are teaching you what you need to become connected to Us as a constant state ofLove and Light. It is the exercise we gave you at the beginning of this message. This is

the vertical ray of Light which runs through your whole system. Add to that thecentering exercises which teach you to reach the center of your brain (in your Lightchannel) as your standard operating procedure, and you will be well prepared for a lifof Love and service.

Free Will vs Destiny..is it one or the other or can I have both?


Today we would like to focus your attention on the topic of free will. We understandthat this can be quite confusing and so it is at this time that we would like to share wityou our perspective on the topic of how you may use your free will on your world andwhat you have chosen before you incarnated. Please bear with us as this topic is ratherextensive and we would like to try to clarify as much as we can at this time. We willelaborate further in subsequent messages as you have time to integrate the informatioin this message.

Let us first begin by explaining what your higher self is responsible for choosingbefore you have incarnated into this physical reality. You could label these decisions abeing pre-determined. Realize that you had the free will to make these choices whenthey were made.

When a soul chooses the life they will incarnate into, much time is spent indetermining what lessons and challenges will best serve the good of all. A soul choosethe parents they will have, and therefore the family they will incarnate into. Perhapsyour choice of family may seem unfitting to you once you are in the incarnation

however all souls chose their family based on the lessons and experiences they wantedto have ingrained within them at an early age. This allows you to ensure that youwould have a particular perspective that would be the result of the family and beliefsyou were raised within. Souls also choose the location and region of incarnation, aswell as the time period they will incarnate into. Souls also choose main lessons youwish to explore and the ingrained subconscious beliefs you would like to incarnatewith. This is what is pre-determined before you incarnate.

Now let us explain how free will can be used in this reality. As we just explained, the

family and region you will be born into are chosen before you incarnate. However whyou do with your life from that point on is entirely up to you. Although there arelessons which a soul would like to further investigate this in no way means that eachexperience is pre-determined. Overall lessons a soul may be interested in could beexploring self-love, trust or judgment just to name a few. There is a tremendous amounof flexibility in every incarnation and you are free to make any decision you wouldlike, based on what you would like to experience and create next. The experiences youhave in your life are not pre-determined.

Many find the concept of time to be one that further complicates their understanding ofree will. We do understand that this can be very difficult to fully understand as youhave agreed to view time as a straight linear line, in which you can only go forwards.And the explanation that we often give when we explain how we perceive time is thatwe view time simply as a marker, much like a page number in a book. We simply usetime to locate the experience that we would like to shift our focus to, just as you usepage numbers to find the page you would like to focus your attention on. You are freeto flip backwards and forwards as often as you like, just as we flip through time asoften and regularly as we like. To us, time is a circle, not a linear line; and thereforethere is no beginning or end. Yet, the assumption often made is that because all is goinon concurrently, then Imust have already made all of my decisions; yet this is not so

We cannot tell you what decision you will make in the next hour, day, week, month oryears from now simply because we do not know. We can only tell you what the mostprobable and likely reality you will create and draw to you based on the vibration youare pulsing out at this very moment. However you can change your thoughts, decisionand vibration in an instant. The decisions that you make in this very instant determine

what experience you will manifest next.

Now because there are an infinite number of parallel realities, all decisions that youcould ever possibly make at any moment in your life are all playing out. We can seethem all in the higher dimensions; however the beauty of the 3rd and 4th dimensions that you are only able to see one reality at a time. By not being able to see how anydecision you make will play out, you are free to explore your world with wonder andamazement never knowing what will happen next. This is a far different experiencethan what the higher dimensions offer.

Know that you have the opportunity to draw to you whatever experience you choose aany given moment. Your soul has only set a blue print for the overall lessons youwanted to learn from. How you experience those lessons is entirely up to you. You havchosen to focus on particular lessons that you wanted to master, yet you have the abilitto learn from them quickly or never learn them at all in this life. Also how youexperience those lessons and the reality that allows you to have that experience isentirely up to you depending on the choices you make and the beliefs you choose tohold.

You have the ability to attract an infinite number of possibilities to you at any givenmoment. This is why we often say that we do not predict the future; we can only sharewith you what we see as being the most likely probable manifestation that you willchoose to create at this exact moment. Yet if you choose an entirely different experiencor change your vibration and beliefs drastically you will of course alter the reality youwill experience.

Many have asked, well what if I no longer want to learn how to master lack, judgmentor love for example. How can I change that with my free will? To this we reply, if youno longer want to experience any more lessons about lack, then you must also be ableand willing to release and replace all limiting beliefs that you have regarding lack inorder to no longer attract and therefore experience these lessons.

You see, although what you have chosen to learn has been pre-determined, how you

learn the lesson and how you choose to view each experience is entirely up to you. Wecould compare the overall lessons that you wanted to explore as being more of a genertheme that you will inherently find throughout your life, however there are no pre-determined experiences of how you will learn those lessons. Do you see?

Many wonder if the person they will marry or the children they will have are pre-determined. To this we will say that although you have the free will to decide if youwant children, how many children, if you want to get married and if so to whom; youhave already chosen several souls that have agreed to play this role with you. You are

not forced to make the decision to marry that spouse, have children, or be friends. Infact there are usually quite a few souls that are willing to participate in thoserelationships with you if you desire and your experiences and decisions lead you toeach other. It is only a pre-agreement that each soul is willing to participate in if eachsoul chooses to make those decisions once incarnated.

All else is determined by the choices you make while incarnated. Whether you chooseto find each other and develop your relationship is entirely up to you once youincarnate. You are free to choose whether you want children or not, whether you want

to get married or not, whether you would like to stay in this incarnation or not, whetheyou would like to live in a new location, a new profession, gain new friends and so onThese decisions are not set in stone. This is why we say that free will is your greatesasset in this reality. You are always free to make a new choice, make a new start, andchoose a new experience. All that limits you is your beliefs. What you believe, you wilperceive. You are all creator beings; and as a result you are free to create whatever youchoose.

Each soul knows that there are an infinite number of choices and experiences that havethe potential to play out. Which experiences you choose are not determined until you

make them. Now as we have stated quite frequently, you have the ability to choose anexperience you desire, all that limits what is possible is your beliefs. The only choiceswhich are pre-determined are your birth family, the location of birth and the overalllessons your soul wanted to focus on. Those are the only things that cannot be changedby your conscious free will at this time. Notice that we say conscious free will. Bytrying to consciously change the lessons that you wanted to focus on you are trying toconsciously amend an agreement that you do not have the full conscious awareness of

Your subconscious mind and the lessons you wanted to focus on cannot be changed byyour conscious intent. Why? You cannot change what you do not know. To come hereand learn nothing would not serve you. However and this is one of the most importanpoints we want to make in this message; just because your soul wanted to learn doesnot in any way mean that you cannot enjoy your experience here. You are free toexperience whatever you like, and you are free to follow your joy. You are free tosurround yourself with all that you find peaceful, loving, enjoyable, exciting and any

other feelings you want to have. How you perceive your reality is entirely of your ownfree will, remember that all is inherently neutral; it is the perceiver who is tasked withplacing a value to any experience.

The beliefs that you hold are all that stands between you and what you desire to createYou always have the free will choice to believe whatever you want to. If a belief is notserving you then you can release it and choose a new belief. You are the maker anddesigner of your reality. You choose what you will experience; no one else. You areholding the keys, and no one else can unlock the door but you. You will only draw to

you what you believe and expect to get, wishing will do you no good. What do youwant to create?

Animal Totem Meditational Exercise


This simple exercise to contact your spirit animal totem can be done either insideor outside. If you are outside a Physical One may appear as well. The techniqueremains the same. If you don't hear, see, or get any impressions this is alright. You arecreating a sacred space around you, in mind, body and spirit, to allow communicationto take place. Above all be patient with yourself.

In whatever pose and place of comfort you choose, find your calm center. You may optto hold a stone, gem or crystal or place personal sacred objects near you. You can alsoplay meditational music if this helps you achieve a peaceful mind. There are many

ways and means to achieve a meditational state, do what you feel guided to do.

Breathe deeply several times and allow your mind and body to relax. Shift your body anecessary to accommodate your relaxation. Keep breathing deeply with consciouseffort. At this time you may state your intent such as, "I would like to meet my animaltotem," or you can say a prayer of your choosing.

Let your thoughts come and go like leaves floating on a stream. Don't hang onto them.Watch them float by and let your mind empty. This may take some effort depending o

your meditational and visual ability. Just try your best to relax in any case. You maynotice after a while, the more you find your calm mind, your breath will naturally slow

Using the stream analogy, use all of your senses toward the stream; hear the sound ofthe water, see the ripples, feel how cool and refreshing it is. Observe the water and itsbehavior. Allow the purity of the stream to refresh you.

Gaze at the stream and listen carefully to the sounds around you. Do you hear walkingDo you hear noises, calls, sounds? Do you feel that something is watching you? Anima

totems can be any size so watch for even the smallest animal kin to appear.

If you do hear or feel something, it can be bring out a little anxiety and excitement.Remain calm and know that you are perfectly safe. Take some deep breaths, watch thestream and continue to observe your senses. If you are too scared at any point in themeditation you can return. You will eventually learn to be comfortable however long itakes. This is part of the process. The dialogue has begun. They are very patientteachers.

When you are ready, slowly turn your gaze upward along the stream bank. Watch andobserve any animal or animals that may appear near or in the distance. They may befleeting or they may remain and approach you. They know your feelings. If you areuncomfortable at any time, simply say in your mind for instance, "I am uncomfortableright now". This is for your benefit only, not theirs. They have no fear. In most cases,the animal will halt contact until you either stop the process or leave the meditation. Ifyou are comfortable the animal may come closer. Listen and watch for its messages.Open your heart and mind to greet your animal. Allow the animal, lessons and anymessages to arrive at its own pace.

The animal can simply make an appearance and leave without any imparting thoughtsThis is perfectly fine. Contact has been made and the dialogue has been opened. Theanimal can also become so close you can feel its breath or feel its skin, fur, feathers etcThe experiences vary greatly according to your comfort level and familiarity with theanimal. It is always good to tell it "Thank You" and send energy of appreciation. Trustin the relationship with the animal will build over time.

Often the animal departs on its own accord and you return feeling refreshed with awonderful sense of amazement for your new friend.

The Witch in the Realm of Faerie

Witches work their magic in a special place between the worlds, a time outside of time

It is this technique which makes us supremely capable, above almost all other mortalsof entering into the Faerie Realm. The realm of Faerie is the place of enchantment andmagic, and throughout history Witches have been frequent visitors to this world.Consorting with Faeries was even one of the many accusations levelled against themduring the Witchcraze.

According to Margaret Murray, author of The Witch Cult in Western Europe and TheGod of the Witches, in almost every case of Witchcraft from Joan of Arc in 1431 down tthe end of the 17th century, the most damning evidence against the accused wasaquaintance with the Faeries. But what exactly are Faeries?What do they look like? Where do they live? And most importantly, can a modernWitch still visit them?

What are Faeries?

When we hear the word Faerie most people think of little winged beings belonging tochildrens story books, supernatural creatures who work magic and indulge inmischief. As we will soon see however, there is a lot more to them than this simpledescription.

There are many theories about the origin of Faeries, one of the most popular ones beinDavid McRitchies famous pygmy theory which was prevalent in the 1890s. This wasalso subscribed to by Margaret Murray, who suggests in God of the Witches thatFaeries were once real human beings. The Faeries, she says, were the descendants of thearly people of Northern Europe. These dark-skinned survivors of the Stone Age weresmaller than mortals and lived in the wild, uncultivated areas of the country, theywere herders of animals and unacquainted with agriculture. As civilisation advancedthe Faerie population mingled more with the settled people until many of them enterethe villages and became indistinguishable from other humans.

This euhemerising explanation for Faeries explains why they are small, fear iron(which they had not yet developed) and live in hillocks (round turf houses sunk in theground). Euhemerism is the idea that supernatural beings can be traced back tohistorical, factual people. This particular Faerie theory appears in Marion ZimmerBradleys novels about the Arthurian Legend, the popular Mists of Avalon series.

Many Folklorists of the early 20th century suggested that Faeries were the Pagan Godsreduced in stature. As Christianity made inroads into Pagan societies the native deitieslessened in importance, power and function. For example, the Faerie Queen Mab hasmuch in common with the Celtic Goddess/Queen Maeve. The Green Knight (from thestory of Gawain and the Green Knight) is often seen as a Pagan god, the Green Man.Celtic history records that the famous Irish deities, the Tuatha de Dannan, after thecoming of Christianity, left the Earths surface and dwelt underground in hills orNeolithic graves and became known as the Aes Sidhe the People of the Hills orFaeries.

Traditional Witch, Nigel Jackson, suggests that Faeries are beings from the Underworland that humans become Faeries after death. He explains that the soul descends intothe Faerie realm, sojourning as a Faerie in the Otherworld while awaiting the rightcyclical patterns which will enable its Earthly rebirth to occur. The human and theFaerie are two poles of our own being, between which we oscillate back and forththrough our cycle of rebirths. In other words, Faeries are ourselves awaiting birth andwe are the Faeries awaiting our return to the Enchanted Realm.

Irish peasants believed something similar to this up until around fifty years ago;

women that died in chidlbirth, people that died young or children that became sickyand turned into changelings were away with the Faeries. They were not deadhowever, they could be expected to return at any time and sometimes did.

Theosophy recognises the world of Faerie as a part of a hidden spiritual world thatcoexists with our physical world. Theosophists, and consequently New Agers, see thefunction of Faeries as being to absorb vitality from the sun and distribute it to thephysical. For example, the flower Faeries are nature spirits who provide the vital linkbetween the suns energy and the soils minerals. Certain Faeries are responsible for th

structure and colour of flowers, others work under ground around the roots, some woron a molecular level and are concerned with cell growth, and other Faerie species aidthe development of the mineral, vegetable and animal kingdom. These Faeries, orDevas, work as personific- ations of natural energies.

Yet another popular contemporary theory based on Jungian psychology is that Faeriesare archetypal images created by a shared, common concern, they are personificationsof birth, sex, fertility and death and are a way of approaching these subjects insymbolic form.

Perhaps Faeries are actually a combination of all of these ideas. English Witchcraftauthor, Doreen Valiente, suggests that Faeries might very well be composed of severalfactors: spirits of nature, Pagan deities, souls of the Pagan dead, folk memories ofaboriginal races, and the widespread belief in an Underworld under the earth. Nomatter what these creatures are, Faeries exist in the realm between the worlds alongwith Elementals, Spirits, Angels and Gods and thus can be contacted by magickalpractitioners who journey into such territory.

The Faeries appearance

The Faeries appearance will often reflect our own preconceptions of them, their formsare both manifold and varied. Sometimes they cannot be told apart from humans, atother times they resemble animals. They can be extremely beautiful or hideously uglyIn northern Scotland, Ireland, Brittany and France, the Faerie is the size of a humanbeing and has all the characteristics of one. An Irish eyewitness from the 11th centuryrecorded that fifty Faerie women were seen with purple tunics and green hoods, and

silver bracelets around their arms... All the women were of a like age and like shape,and like loveliness and like beauty and like straightness and like figure, in the dress oFaerie women, so that there was no telling one from the other. There is no mention ofwhether they are human-sized or smaller which would suggest that they did not lookparticularly different to mortal women.

However, according to author/illustrators Brian Froud and Alan Lee, much of theirexternal appearance is in fact glamour. Glamour is the magical garment of the Faerieand without it they appear as a shimmering light, it is a protective coverage and is ofte

designed to make mortals believe they are dealing with one of their own kind. Wheninspected very closely, most Faeries are characterised by a physical deformity of somekind which marks them out as different. Such tell-tale signs include webbed feet, backto-front feet, or even goats hooves, noseless nostrils, squint eyes, pointed ears andcows tails.

The Faerie Realm

There are special areas on Earth where the Faerie world and the mortal world meet, at

these sites travel between the worlds can be experienced. Places such as trees, moundshills, caves, rivers, pools, wells, crossroads, boundaries, hedges, the bottom of thegarden and of course Faerie Rings are all doorways to Faerie.

Probably the most well-known entrance to Faerie, the Faerie Ring, is a dark green circlon a lawn or in a field caused by the presence of fungi in the soil and the rings are oftealso outlined with mushrooms. These sites have long been reputed as magical placeswhere occult power is concentrated and are therefore, favourite places for performingspells. Faerie Rings can apparently live for hundreds of years and some have been

proved by modern science to be over 600 years old.

Like the Norse Yggdrasil, certain other trees which have their roots in the Underworldare also entrances to Faerie. Three Hawthorn trees growing close together are thought tbe especially potent. Other trees most favoured by them are the Blackthorn, Hazel,Alder, Elder and Oak, hence the saying: Turn your cloaks, for Faerie folks live in oldoaks. Combinations of trees, especially if twisted together, are also powerful sites; twoThorns and an Elder for example or a group of Oak, Ash and Thorn. The Irish believethat a single tree in a field, or a group of trees on top of a Faerie hill belong to the

Faeries and that it would be inviting disaster to chop them down.

The Irish word for Faerie is Sidhe (Shee), meaning people of the hills. The actualFaerie Hill is also called a Sidhe or a Rath. These are barrows or hillocks, each beinga door to an underground realm of splendour and delight. The ancient Celts believedfor example, that in the Faerie Realm there were apple trees always in fruit, one pigalive and another being roasted, and a supply of ale which never ran out.

In The Book of the Dun Cow, the Faerie Queen describes her realm as the land of the

ever-living, a place where there is neither death, nor sin, nor transgression. We havecontinual feasts, we practice every benevolent work without contention. We dwell inlarge Sidhe and hence we are called the people of the faerie mound.

Fairy mounds are entrances to the Pagan paradise, which might be locatedunderground, under water, or under hills on distant islands across the western sea. Ananonymous Irish author of the 11th century describes a visit to a Sidhe: [A]s I gazedaround me I saw a faerie hill, brightly lit, with many drinking horns and bowls andcups of glass and of pale gold in it, and I was staring at it for a long time at the doorwa

of the faery hill... I went across to the hill and sat down ... in a crystal chair on the floorand gazed at the house all around me, and I saw twenty-eight warriors on one side ofthe house with a lovely fair headed woman beside every man of them, and six gentle,youthful yellow-haired girls on the other side of the house, with shaggy cloaks aroundtheir shoulders; and a gentle yellow-haired girl in a chair on the floor of the house, wita harp in her hand which she was playing and continually thrumming. And every timeshe sang a song a horn was given to her to drink out of it, and she would give the horninto the hand of the man who gave it to her; and they were sporting and amusingthemselves all around her.
