The company will be based on a new equine training program she is partnering with others to develop that will help riders learn to communicate with their horses better. She believes that this technology will change how horse riders train and develop their skill.

Julia Patek of Minnesota is an experienced horseback rider who has participated in many events and competitions around the country. Her love of horses goes back to when she was a child growing up in the Chicago suburbs with her mother, sister, and grandmother.

She started riding when she was young and hopes to help develop a company selling horseback training products.

Although she had excellent teachers, she felt limited by their instructions at times and came to realize that most of horseback riding comes from developing a “feel” for the horse.
