studio:
URBAN DESIGN PRINCIPLES
location:JEWELRY DISTRICT, PROVIDENCE, RI
goals + objectives:
Dealing with the larger scope of urban plan-
ning allowed me the chance to take into con-
sideration more issues which were all included
in a proposal asking for three types of housing
(dormatory, hotel, and eldery) as well as two
venues for public programs. On a site in the
Jewery Discrit of Providence, RI, I implement-
ed 150 units for housing as well as a market.
restaurant and a library for the convenience of
the nearby campus of Brown University.

studio:
DIGTAL REPRESENTATION
location:LINCOLN CENTER, NEW YORK, NY
goals + objectives:
This course gave me the tools of digital model-
ing and creating renderings. I was asked to use
these tools to create a site specific proposal. I
placed my installation in front of Lincoln Center
in New York City. My installation was designed
to provide a runway for fashion shows which
would take place at the Mercedes Benz Fash-
ion Center, as well as offer seating for specta-
tors, each element integrated with one another.

BLOSSOM COMMUNITY GARDEN
location:PAWTUCKET, RI
goals + objectives:
For this design-build project, our studio was
given a site in Pawtucket, RI where we were
then going to build a community garden for
the Chinese Christian Church of Rhode Island
and the nearby YMCA and retirement homes.
This site would also be used as an educa-
tional to for the surrounding elementary, junior
high, and high schools. Over the course of 12
weeks, the first half was dedicated to design
collaboration from seven designs down to
one. The second half of the twelve weeks was
dedicated to the on-site construction of our
design. 16

studio:TEXTILES MUSEUM ANNEX
location:WASHINGTON STREET, PROVIDENCE, RI
goals + objectives:
This studio took place in collaboration with
the Interior Architecture Department. The
Rhode Island School of Design Museum of Art
needed an annex for their Textiles Exhibition.
Between the re-programming of the exist-
ing George C. Arnold building in downtown
Providence, and the extensions into the back
parkinglot, my goal was to create a connected
museum and gallery space along with offices
and museum shops and a bookstore.

MEGAFORM
location:YENIKAPI, ISTANBUL
goals + objectives:
Based around the Yenikapi transit station in
Istanbul, Turkey, this studio’s purpose was
to create a megaform incorperating a high
school, archaeological archive, research
facilities, museum, train and bus stations, ferry
port, and commercial retail units. All of these
programs, when placed together, equated to
approximately one million square feet of
designed space.

studio:COMPUTATIONAL DRAWING
location:CORTES STREET, BOSTON, MA
goals + objectives:
Using programs such as Python and Rhino,
this studio aimed at expirementing and prob-
