  • Reminders from JSEC Food Sales Guidelines4. Water and Waste Disposal -Washing of heavy kitchen equipment in school premises is strictly prohibited.-AMA will provide for garbage bags. Make sure to segregate and tie up; dispose in dumping stations.- Provide CLOSED trash receptacles
