Welcome to the JPMA WIC System

In the next few slides, we will introduce the JPMA Pos Designer system for WIC EBT processing and how to use the interfaces. It is a very simple and straight forward system that will allow the retailer to take and process WIC EBT Smart cards.

The system is set up with blank databases, so the store information must be input. The user will need all the

documentation sent to them by the state with WIC EBT information. This includes the WIC EBT ID, the store

outlet number, and the login information to access the state’s ftp site to exchange WIC files. In addition, the

store address and phone number is also needed.

Double Click the Set Up Wizard ICONand follow the prompts.

Some stores have a store/branch number,

enter it here

Enter in all of the other data,

similar as to what is shown here

If your system was delivered with a

second CRT Monitor select Yes

Select the states that the store is

authorized to take WIC EBT

When complete, click Next ->

Enter the details that the state sent.

JPMA can assist in this step, as it is

imperative that this data is input

correctly to accept and process WIC EBT

Once the information is input click Next -> to continue

Review the information entered is correct and then

click Submit

One final time … confirm you want to submit the data

CONGRATULATIONS!The system data has been input and operational

training can begin.
