Joy, hope and peace

Imagine that you were a teacher in special school where your students from many different levels. What would you do if some students behaved aggressively and do not listen to you?

My experience as an English Teaching Assistant is very special because some of my students are so mischievous. Perhaps their parents have to work hard to earn money, so they do not have time and knowledge to teach their children know how to respect to other people. Therefore it is so difficult to have them keep quiet and not so aggressive.

But therere always a way. I have learned that I have to keep patient and try to understand more about their psychology as well as their family situations. In other that, I can know them better and approach them more easily. If we show them that we care about them and we are in their shoe, they will response more positively.Furthermore, we can share with them a spirit of being a good person who has a big dream and being respecting other people is the best way to achieve their dream.If they can see a beautiful image in their mind that they will be a part of it. They may use their time wisely and respect to woman and their teacher as well.I trust that human will enjoy their lives with joy, hope and peace in the future.
