Each side of your health triangle is equally important to good health.

If one side of the triangle is small, it may decrease the size of the other sides.

For example: A teen who skips meals and doesn’t get enough sleep may feel irritable and have trouble concentrating in school.

By working to keep the sides balanced you will be on your way to being a healthy person.
