30 Days of Gratitude

An Attitude of Gratitude is All You Need!Gratitude is a big deal. It’s important as part of the process of attracting what we want in our lives. When we show the Universe that, energetically, we are grateful for the things we have in our live we’re more likely to have more of those positive things manifest for us.

This journal is a great way to get started with finding your gratitude groove. Gratitude can be a little tricky to get started with when you’re in the beginning stages of using thankfulness as part of attraction. We also tend to have a habit of saying we’re grateful for something but we may not really feel grateful in a deep way.

Gratitude needs to be a habit, not just something we do from time to time or during the holidays when gratitude is the underlying theme of everything around us. That’s what this journal is for, getting your gratitude habit started!

Using This Journal:Print out the journal and put it in a binder, or even Modge Podge it into a notebook of thick paper or bound journal.

Once your’s all settled in with your journal set up begin taking time every day to fill out a page for the next 30 days. This is an awesome thing to start doing at the end of the year, like around Thanksgiving and into the month of December. It gives you a chance to assess all the things in your life that give you happiness, joy, and that represent what you would like more of in your life.

By doing this for these 30 days you do one very important thing: You put your focus on the positive. You’re attention is entirely on the things that you love and that are wonderful in your life. Keep in mind that “where attention goes energy flows!” If you want more of these things in your life you need to be in the energy and vibration of those things and show appreciation for them.
