Converted the company’s conventional, high-cost Customer Service organization into a revenue-generating enterprise by re-purposing consumer inquiries from problem resolution calls to direct selling opportunities.

Cost-effectively increased Wheaties’ consumer base by making it the most heavily-covered cereal in television news history, using previously neglected sports, teams and athletes on-box: female athletes, women’s teams, minority athletes, historic teams & others. Introduced and established the live unveiling of Wheaties boxes featuring each year’s winning Super Bowl and World Series teams as a permanent global broadcast feature.
