SAID LIEN was created by Borrower's execution and deliverance of a Deed of Trustrecorded gust 3. 1994, Instrument No. 94-1435666, in the office of the County Recorder,County of Los Angeles, State of California, to secure a Note in the original principal amountof $77,200.03. Said real estate is fully described and set forth in that Deed of Trust.

BORROWER has requested the SBA to subordinate said Deed of Trust to a LoanModification Agreement dated Febntary 17. 1995 (hereinafter referred to as the ModificationAgreement) which, inter alia, amends a Note and a Deed of Trust recorded Aoril 23, 1992, inthe Official Records of Los Ansteles County, California, PS Instrument No. 92-721292 in favorof Norwest Mortgage, Inc. Said Deed of Trust, as amended, secures a Note in an amendedprincipal amount not to exceed S323,000,00. The SBA has agreed to so subordinate.

NOW THEREFORE, the SBA does hereby subordinate its Deed of Trust on saidproperty to a Mpslification Agreement between Norwcst Mortgage. thereinafter referred to as SBA). hereby represents that it is the owner and holder of a lien on certain realestate of Robert S. Young and Ingrid L. Young thereinafter referred to as Borrower).

SAID LIEN was created by Borrower's execution and deliverance of a Deed of Trust recordedAugust 23, 1994. Instrument No. 94-1554054. in the office of the County Recorder. County of LosAngeles. State of California. to secure a Note in the original principal amount of S16,400.00. Said realestate is fully described and set forth in that Deed of Trust.

BORROWER has requested the SBA to subordinate said Deed of Trust to a Loan ModificationAgreement dated August 16. 1996 thereinafter referred to as the Modification Agreement ) which, interalia. amends a Note and a Deed of Trust dated April 23, 1992 in the Official Records of Los Angeles County. California as Instrument No. 92-721292 in favor of Norwest Mortgage. Inc.. Said Deed ofTrust. as amended, secures a Note in an amended principal amount not to exceed SI38,300.(X).
