Re: At the pension board meeting on Thursday [November 21,2013], there was discussion in which it was mentioned that

the plan /s actuary was told that there could be 20 disability claims if the current lawsuit ruling is upheld and the pension

benefits are changed. Mr. Swinehart said there are officers who have injuries who have not filed for disability because the
