● Grill Cook: Cooked meat patties and chickens on grill top. Operated fryers, performed meat drops, and oven cooked bacon, and potatoes.
● Sandwich Prep: Assembled sandwiches, watched fry station, and prepared potatoes.
● Closer: Cleaned my station, Stocked all store items. Swept, Scrubbed, and Mopped the floors. Changed all trash bags, wiped down all table surfaces. Locked up shop.

This position involved meeting general customer request, as well as baking beard, preparing and constructing sandwich material, and making sure the store was in a professionally cleaned state before leaving shift.
Achievements and Contributions
● Customer service: Provided customers with a friendly atmosphere when they walked into the store. Met special requests, and answered questions about sandwiches and products.
● Cash management: Properly rang up customer orders, charged appropriately, and handed cash back. Performed cash counts at the end of the day.
● Sandwich Artist: Prepared vegetables in the morning and afternoon, laid out fresh dough and added special seasonings. Baked bread loafs, and prepared sandwiches for customers.
● Closer: Cleaned all the dishes used throughout the day, swept and mopped the floors. Made sure all the vegetables have been prepared, the sauce bottles refilled, and the bread had been laid out for the next day. Stored all open meats and condiments in the walk in cooler. Locked up the store.
