By Sean DatcherCheck Into Cash Chief Technology OfficerMobile, AL—My wife, Zakia Datcher, and I flew to Mobile, Alabama, to visit with cous-ins. While there, we tried to inspire the next generation of aviators. Joseph Jackson is pictured in the Cub Scout uniform, and Gabriel Jackson is in the blue shirt.

By Carrie MorganCheck Into Cash Center 24027 (8572 Madison Boulevard)ManagerMadison, AL—This past weekend, my small family of three went biking around the Huntsville/Madi-son, Alabama, area. Since moving here two years ago, we've enjoyed taking advantage of the beautiful landscape, from time to time with long bike rides through the mountains.

I learned two very important things this weekend. #1: I am VERY out of shape and #2: Spending quality time, especially through outside activities with your family, is a great way to connect after a long and busy week. Making time with your family is so important and creating healthy habits with them is equally important. A healthy work/life balance is so important for your own well-being and for the well-being of those you love. Making lasting memories is what life's about.

By Devyn CaporaleCheck Into Cash Center 8029 (905 4th Avenue South)Manager Denison, IA—Over the weekend I went to Boone, Iowa, for super nationals and then on Sunday we came home and spent time with our 1-year-old daughter. It was a very fun weekend.

Cindy MorleyCheck Into Cash Center 29036 (3986 Bay Road, Saginaw, MI)ManagerHiggins Lake, MI—This past weekend I was in a golf outing with my husband, Scott, his cous-in George and George's wife, Lynn. It's called The Grasshopper up at Higgins Lake, Michigan. Out of 12 teams, our team ended up in second place after a tiebreaker chip-and-putt challenge. This golf outing has been a family tradition for more than 75 years.

By Brad BaumCheck Into CashMarketing AssociateStone Mountain, GA—This past weekend was special for my family. Since my wife, Rachael, and I started dating (14 years ago), we’ve taken a yearly visit to Stone Mountain park, which is just northeast of Atlanta.

There are many activities to do at this extensive park, but the main reason we go is to take in the “Lasershow Spectacular” demonstration that begins after dark. Claiming to be one of the largest laser shows in the world, it is a sensory experience chock full of a mixture of fanta-sy and history using laser animations, 3D image projections, fireworks, flames, and even an assortment of drones programmed to add to the vi-sual display—all this synchronized to various types of popular music to

aid in the storytelling. Of course, I've got to give a special shout-out to the fan-favorite “Devil Went Down to Georgia,” during which we see Johnny win the well-deserved, shiny fiddle of gold.

We started going as a couple, but as we added our two children, it has become a more enjoyable tradition every year. I highly recommend checking it out if you’re within a decent driving distance to the Atlanta area. Simply load up the car, bring a large blanket or some camping chairs to set up in the field, toss in a few snacks and glow sticks for fun, and enjoy!

By Danielle StangleCheck Into Cash Center (620 North Rock Road)ManagerDerby, KS—This last weekend I had lots of fun with my son, Lucas, and my family. On Sunday, we went to Jumpy Jumpland and played on all the bounce houses and went through the ob-stacle course six times. Then we went to the park later in the day and he played on the slide a bunch then went to the splash pad in Haysville and had a blast! He's the best and always brings a smile to my face. I always have so much fun when I'm with him!

By Shelby Everson Check Into Cash Center 2029 (3646 East Main Street)ManagerRichmond, IN—Over the last month, Customer Service Rep-resentative Megan Strader and I have been collecting donations, supplies, and money for a local animal shelter called HELP the Animals in Richmond, Indiana. This weekend, we decided to take our collected items and money box to the shelter. They were so appreciative of such simple items that were donated. It felt great to give back to such a wonderful organization!

Cleveland, TN—Check Into Cash Chief Operating Officer Jimmy Whatley re-cently celebrated his birthday with a customized card that featured a photo of him during his glory days at North Car-olina. The jersey still hangs in his closet and fits the same as when he wore it on the court.

England—Our Cash & Cheque Express team has sponsored a local women’s soccer team, the Ashford Town Women’s Football Club. Based in the town of Cash & Cheque Express’ head office, the Ashford FC will wear the Auto Advance Logbook Loans logo on their jersey for the 2019–2020 season. Auto Advance is the sister business of Cash & Cheque Express, offering short-term loans across the UK.

Chairman of the soccer club Will Boye said, "As our club is continually growing in reputation and size, we wanted a [jersey] that supported this. We would like to say a big thank you to Auto Advance Logbook Loans for sponsoring the [jersey] and making this possible."

Ashford Town Women’s FC was founded in the summer of 2015 and have risen quickly. They were promoted last year, achieving back-to-back promotions for a fourth consecutive season, and are currently in the fifth tier of the Women’s league. They have also secured three county cup wins along the way, with the team growing to have three youth teams and a B Team, as well as the A team.

Ashford Town Women’s FC’s season kicked off September 8, 2019 against Dartford Women’s FC.

Corporate: Wade Maness, Data Analyst with Check Into Cash OnlineCleveland, TN—Wade has been an invaluable member of the Check Into Cash team for more than ten years, having started as a collections agent and growing with the company into his current role as a Data Analyst.

In addition to his daily job responsibilities, Wade has served as the "data integrity police." As such, he has created numerous reports to spot incon-sistencies in our data and has helped mitigate damage from these occur-rences through their persistence in rectifying the issues that create them.

Most recently, we experienced an outage with a third-party vendor that devastated our ability to do the very core of our company's purpose. Wade, knowing how important his knowledge was to fix this major issue, canceled his scheduled time off to run point on cleaning up the damage this outage caused. Even after the system was fully restored, there was a lot of cleanup that had to be done to reduce customer impact and restore customer ser-vice expectations. Because it was something we had not experienced in the past, Wade had to design many of the solutions on the spot. Through issue after issue, Wade continued to work and create new solutions so that the company could once again resume our core functions as normal.

Without Wade’s knowledge of the data, understanding of the business, and effort to find a way to get to clean data, we could still be dealing with significant problems.

Thank you for your work, Wade. You deserve this award!
