PROJECT UPLIFT Project Uplift is a summer enrichment and college access program that enables rising seniors to immerse themselves in college life on Carolina’s historic campus. Spend two days living in a Carolina residence hall. Learn alongside diverse participants from across the country and interact with Carolina’s world-renowned faculty and staff. Learn about admissions procedures and college affordability. Engage with representatives of colleges and universities from across the state. Participate in the Project Uplift culture show and other enrichment activities. Get the inside scoop from current Tar Heels on what it’s like to be a Carolina student! UPLIFT PLUS Uplift PLUS is an intensive, five-week summer academic enrichment and college readiness program for Project Uplift participants who are North Carolina residents. This residential program, on Carolina’s historic campus, provides an immersive and engaging experience to prepare the next generation of scholar leaders. Receive test taking strategies and resources for the ACT & SAT Take the English 100 course and earn three college credits from UNC-Chapel Hill. Receive direct instruction from Carolina’s world-renowned faculty and one-on-one mentoring from current Carolina students. Participate in research and leadership development while gaining exposure to various schools and units at UNC-Chapel Hill. Engage one-on-one with representatives from UNC offices of Admissions and Scholarships & Student Aid. Participate in academic, social, cultural and experiential learning activities. QUESTIONS?
