IM Properties

IM Properties (IMP) is one of the UK’s largest privately owned property groups, with an investment and development portfolio in excess of $1.1 billion across the UK, Germany and the United States.

Spanning retail, industrial, office and residential sectors, IMP’s portfolio boasts a range of high quality global occupiers. IMP have established a strong reputation for consistent deliverability and quality developments, all of which are financed from a strong balance sheet.

Investing in the United States has been a continuing focus for the business since 2007. The company is attracted by the scale of developments and what can be achieved in major marketplaces in the US. Investing in the future through new vibrant developments is at the heart of the company’s strategy. IM Properties Plc is a subsidiary of IM Group which in addition to real estate has extensive interests in the automotive distribution business throughout northern Europe primarily through Subaru, Isuzu and other franchises. Bradford Real Estate

In the late 1980’s, Steve Pagnotta, a Chicago-based retail developer, took the opportunity to create a firm dedicated solely to large scale retail development projects. Pagnotta’s understanding of the Chicago marketplace and expertise in retail development provided a solid foundation for what has become one of Chicago’s most successful retail development firms – The Bradford Real Estate Companies.

Working together

IM Properties and Bradford Real Estate have forged a unique relationship which was founded in 2009. The two developers had the confidence to develop when others could not during the Global Financial Crisis. The partnership is a unique blend of professionals with decades of experience in the United States and UK which has capitalized on financial strength, retail expertise and an understanding of the Chicago market.

IMP and Bradford strive to work with category leading retailers to deliver first class projects. This approach has seen them deliver a 750,000 sf + program of ground up developments since 2010 for the leading supermarket chain in Chicago, Mariano’s Fresh Market.

The Partnership has since moved on in scale and ambition with the development of ‘The Corners of Brookfield’ a premier Lifestyle Center located on the I-94 in Brookfield, Wisconsin. This location combined with an attractive demographic catchment make this a compelling location and a unique opportunity. The move into mixed use development follows the change in customer buying behaviors and the demand for destination centers with the opportunity to shop, dine and be entertained.

PRE Launch Email and PR Campaign

The pre-launch marketing campaign combines effective local and national PR and targeted emailers focusing on build progress and new additions to the growing Corners of Brookfield ‘family’.

As the opening weekend approaches the volume of the campaign will increase - as well as shifting focus to consumers.

Post-launch, The Corners of Brookfield campaign will continue to be promoted with specific consumer targeted campaigns. The Corners of Brookfield is also already engaging with the consumer market to build anticipation up to The Corners opening in April 2017.
