Dear Sir/Madam, Rugby is a game built on hard work, strength, skill, unity and respect, all the attributes needed in any successful business. We are looking for like minded businesses and individuals to help us build on these core values and to entice more people back into our sport, into health, fitness and these core values. Within Redcar Rugby Club we offer:

§ Senior, Colts, Junior and Mini Rugby § A Squash section that has been voted the nation’s best small squash club of the year,

with a new state of the art 4 court building that opened in 2013. § We have two Football Teams, both playing in the Redcar & District Sunday League § We offer a fully equipped gym for both cardio and resistance training with 24 hour access

As well as all of the above we have hosted many large events:

§ Redcar Rocks Music and Comedy Festival § Volks Power VW Camper Van Festival § Redcar Scooter Rally § Cleveland Dog Agility Annual Show § Hare and Hounds Show § Race for Life Annual Event § Junior and Senior Rugby Festivals § Various Birthdays, Weddings, Christenings, Reunions and Parties § We are also an approved Caravan Club all year round site

All in all we estimate approx. 20,000+ people visit our site per year and the club website (www.redcarrugbyclub.co.uk) between the months of August-May (In Season) averages over 6,000 views. To further grow as a club, team, business and family, we have devised sponsorship packages that will suit all businesses both large and small.

Sponsorship Packages Sponsorship of our main stand with l ivery across the side, parapet and rear

The main stand holds approx 300/400 people and is the focal point of the whole field. Our current sponsorship deal with Corus ended in April 2013 and we are offering an upgraded package at £3,000 over a two season period.

Pitch Side Perimeter Board Advertising

These consist of approx 2 meter x 1 meter full colour boards that we can design, supply and fit for £365 a season. Some of our current sponsors are Yorkshire Building Society, Boyes Stores, through to the Top Deck and other local businesses.

Score Board Advertising

Score board advertising attached to our club house for £365 a season, including design, supply and fit.

Match Day Programme Advertsing

Match day programme advertising for Full Page £150, Half Page £75 and Quarter page £50 a season. Artwork included.

Match Day Sponsorship A match day sponsorship package consists of a Sponsors Lounge, your own barmaid, buffet for 30 people, along with tickets to the match and complementary bottle of champagne for £500. You will also have exclusive naming rights as “match sponsor” for the game, with exposure in the match programme and any additional marketing and PR. We also like the match day sponsor to help in the presentation of The Man of the Match Award and our favorite the Dick of the Day Award. A perfect afternoon of rugby to host clients, colleagues and friends.

Website Advertising The Redcar Rugby Club website (www.redcarrugbyclub.co.uk) gains over 6,000 unique visitors a season. The site is designed to support local advertising. For £50 a season you can place an advert on the club website, with a direct click through to your website or contact details. If required you can have more than one advert. Artwork included.

Kit Sponsorship Packages 1st XV Match Day Kit

The opportunity to become the a main match day 1st XV shirt sponsor (front chest) as well as secondary positions on the shirt (arms and back of neck) for two seasons. A shirt will also be presented to the main shirt sponsor.

Pre-Match Attire

Sponsorship of pre-match attire consists of a tracksuit/hooded top with and warm up T-Shirt. Prices vary depending on quantities, individual items or whole package. Please contact for more information.

Kit Sponsorship

With the club running 10 teams in the upcoming season there is plenty of opportunity to sponsor kits for The Mariners, Senior Colts, all the way down to the Under 8’s. Full Kit Sponsorship costs £1,500 for shirts, shorts and socks for 22 players.

We understand that you might not have a full budget in place to support RRUFC. With this in mind we have further broken down our sponsorship for kit to be as flexible as possible for sponsors. We also have an ever growing junior section, spanning 7 teams between the ages of 7 to 15, with over 150 players. Sunday mornings at RRUFC is a hive of activity with both matches and training a happening every weekend. Redcar Rugby Football Union Club has a proud tradition of players that have represented England, England U21’s, County and Premiership as well as having two current Penguins International Rugby Club Vice Presidents (the world’s most famous invitational touring club side) on our coaching team. We are strictly an amateur club and do not pay players or coaching staff and all sponsorship revenues go straight back into supporting our great game and club.
