ENJOY THE ULTIMATE BALANCE OF FLAVOUR.When it comes to food and beverage matching there are no right or wrong answers. But at Coopers, we know our Ales and how our unique brewing style (naturally conditioned) can enhance the spices in your food. The higher the International Bitterness Unit (IBU) in the Coopers Ale, the more it will enhance your food’s flavours. So if you want to give a meal that little ‘kick’, visit the Coopers Ale ’n Spice Bar at the Good Food Month Night Noodle Markets.

MILD ALE 3.5%

IBU 21 Med-Low range.

Mild makes the perfect pair to chicken & fish dishes with lots of cardamom, cumin and turmeric.

ORIGINAL PALE ALE

IBU 24 Mid range.

Perfect for enhancing the heat without being too hot! Pale is great with everything from curries to Mexican.

SPARKLING ALE

IBU 30 Med-High range.

This would give a hot dish a real kick. Stick to mild Asian inspired dishes full of ginger and garlic.
