PowowJoin A Meeting

There are 4 ways to join meetings

Meeting reminders appear 15 minutes before a meeting is scheduled to take place (click join meeting)

Join the next up coming meeting from the top meeting button located beside the Powow logo

Or Click Join from your up coming meeting display

You can also Join from your email invitation

You arrive in the meeting but the host has not started the meeting yet.You must wait until the Host arrives and starts the meeting.

Click to talk Once a meeting has started click the microphone beside

the click to talk prompt. This starts your microphone connection.

You will not have a video of yourself unless the meeting host clicks face to face. ONLY 2 video feeds appear at any one time

Best practice

In a meeting with several participants it is best practice to mute your microphone to reduce noise interference.

Click the microphone button to mute

Boardrooms should use a noise cancelling microphone and speaker set

During a meeting you can view the agenda to check meeting progress

Or see if anything has been forgotten

You can leave a meeting at Any time by clicking the leave meeting button
