Level IV Evaluation
•Results:– End results. Did productivity increase,
improve morale…etc (most difficult level to measure)•This level requires assessing the results up to
six months after the training to see if there were productivity increases, or other positive business results (cost savings).
•Positive business performance can be hard to attribute to the sole training program (it could be factors like changes in personnel, systems factors).
