Obesity does not just happen overnight, it develops gradually and could be caused by anu of the following points:

1. eating processed or fast food2. not eating fruit, vegetables and unrefined carbohydrates3. drinking too much alcohol 4. eating out a lot 5. eating larger portions than you need 6. comfort eating7.
