- Most of the soldiers obeyed the orders sent by Nicholas II on the 26th, but mutinies, often led by lower-ranked officers, spread overnight.

- The outnumbered police then proceeded to join the army and civilians in their rampage.

- Thus, with this near-total disintegration of military power in the capital, effective civil authority collapsed.

- Like in the Animal Farm, they haven’t planned the revolution but they were already experiencing hardships and suffering from the autocrat. Because of a certain event, the people started to revolt. This certain event was that they were deprived by hunger. Both Russians and the animals from the Animal Farm were given not enough bread ration which, eventually, sparked the revolution.
