Project Management Systems
Our project management team has developed software solutions ( Project tracking, resource management, Project management ), that are capable of managing large scale projects such as ATLAS, and the LHC.Recognised as critical to the success of the LHC project.Team members are solicited to present at high profile Project Management events. International EVM conferenceJohn Ferguson October 2011

Management Reporting Toolkits
Management Dashboards with intuitive interfaces, self-service end-user reporting, and a comprehensive view of our financial and HR systems to all levels of management, reporting solutions are the envy of many large organizations. • HRT Annual Statistics: users >7500, reports
>350000• CET Annual Statistics: users >1400, reports
>150000• John Ferguson October 2011

WEB programming techniques
From starting Web development in 1995 almost every corporate IT system at CERN is now made available through a web interface. Collaborated in web developments of ERP partners applications.Early Java developments recognised by Sun Microsystems and Oracle corporation as State of the Art and attracted widespread commercial and academic interest.John Ferguson October 2011

Document storage,archive,retrieval systems
• Invenio developed at CERN to run the CERN
Document Server CDS, managing >1000000 bibliographic records in HEP since 2002, covering, articles, books, journals, photos, videos. Now co developed by international collaboration, CERN, DESY, EPFL, FNAL, SLAC , and used by > 30 scientific institutions worldwide.
• Invenio covering all aspects of digital library management

Other Areas
• Access Management system for co-ordinating
interventions on the accelerator, was specifically mentioned by the external Nuclear regulators (French Nuclear Authority) On-line safety training: our in-house developed ~1000 courses per month. ‘kiosk’ style touch screen e-Learning system. 25000 courses have been taken
• e-Recruitment >24000 applications in 2010,RDBMS• Secure Interchange of data
