Risk Management & administrationo With the introduction of the self managed insurance scheme
FNSW has been able to and at the request of our insurers, provide risk management policy directions and support to Associations. Michelle Hanley heads up this area and works closely with Association administrators.
o The fund enables us to provide member protection services and resources.
o FNSW has under the self managed scheme requires greater administrative involvement in claims and all areas of insurance.
o FNSW answers over 1000 calls per annum from players and parents who require assistance with claims and understanding of the policy benefits
