Playing The Game

One of members for each pairs have to choose one of the jobs in the charts. That

is to say student x chooses one of the jobs from chart 1 or chart 2.And also

student y tries to guess her/ his friend who he /she is. Meanwhile another

member of the other pair chooses one of the jobs from chart 3 or chart 4.By theway the member of the pair who tries to guess friend who he/she is can also ask

his/her friend some questions about jobs.As the following questions:

Questions for guessing

Do you work indoors or outdoors? / in a trade or profession? / in a factory or an

office?

Do you work with your hands? Do you wear a uniform? Do you work long

hours?

Do you work from 9-5? Do you work regular hours? Do you work at weekends?

Do you work with people or machines? Are you in a service industry?

Do you sell something? Do you earn a lot of money? Must you have good

qualifications to do your job?

Additionally the students have to mime their jobs so that their partners can guess

what they are.By the way this game can play not only two pairs but also morethan two at least four pairs at the same time.Because there are four charts that

can be used at the same time. That is either two pairs can play in sequence by

choosing one of the jobs from chart 1 and chart 2 for the first pair, chart 3 and

chart 4 for the second pair or four pairs can also play by choosing job from only

one chart. In other words four pairs can play this game with charts at the sametime, every pair has one chart to choose jobs. By the way that is the main point

is the students should never say anything while they are miming their jobs. They

can only speak in order to answer their questions. And finally the fastest pair to

finish their jobs or the fastest pair who told their all jobs is the winner.
