JOB SUMMARY: Under the direction of the O Gwadeni: deo Community Commission/ designate and Social Services Director the Director is responsible for ensuring a culturally appropriate, efficient, effective and accountable Child and Youth Protection Program; operate within the parameters set out in the Six Nations Social Service Framework Policy, the O Gwadeni: deo Code of Practice and the O Gwadeni: deo Service Delivery, Kotinonha, Administration, Personnel and Finantical Management policies and procedures within the policies and procedures established by Six Nations Elected Council. SALARY: To be determined BASIC QUALIFICATIONS: Must have a Master degree in Social Work or a related field AND a minimum of three years’ experience as a practitioner in the field of child and family services AND an additional three (3) years of progressively responsible supervisory experience; Must have a valid “G” Driver’s license; Must be willing to work flexible hours; Must be knowledgeable respecting Six Nations cultures and of the cultures of families of other First Nations who reside in the designated service delivery area; Must have extensive knowledge of the range of methods and techniques involved in both traditional approaches to helping as well as contemporary social service work strategies; SUBMISSION PROCEDURE: (Choose one method ONLY): Method #1: 1.
