SUMMARY
Work in coordination with dining room staff to facilitate prompt, efficient and friendly table service.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Operations & Accountabilities
Report to work on time and in complete uniform, including name tag, as prescribed by your supervisor
Meet and exceed guest and team member expectations by providing exceptional service and teamwork
Maintain a polite and professional manner at all times Wait on guests in a timely, friendly, professional and efficient manner using correct serving
procedures
Assist table service by watering of tables, filling bread baskets and assisting food servers with any reasonable requests
Clear and reset dining room tables in a quiet, orderly manner using correct bussing procedures, per restaurant policies, which may be revised from time to time
Assist co-workers in setting up and breaking down for the next meal Assist in answering the telephone within three rings and respond professionally, and identify
yourself Attend pre-meal meetings, as required Be available at all times to fulfill the needs of the customer Do not leave your station unattended except to perform services required by either
supervisors or guests Complete closing duties to ensure a smooth transition for your co-workers Do not consume any food except in the break room while on authorized breaks or during pre-
shift tastings Ensure that side stations are clean and properly stocked with china, glassware, silver, coffee,
tea, cream, cream pitchers, and ice water Keep all areas of the restaurant and back of the house areas clean, neat and orderly Learn all menu items and daily featured items, correctly presenting and up-selling all food and
drink items Maintain linen to ensure proper storage of both clean and soiled linen Properly breakdown trays of soiled dishes in the dish area, sorting silverware, glasses and
plates Remove all used utensils, once course is finished. Bring clean utensils for the next course Set up bus station to facilitate table clearing without wasting food or damaging service ware Set up tray stands, china, and glass, and silver, water and coffee pitchers for use in the dining
room Sweep around table and booth bases

Keep your Supervisor promptly and fully informed of all problems or unusual matters of significance
Work cooperatively with other dining room, kitchen and bar staff to ensure that produce service standards are maintained

Education and/or Experience: A combination of education and experience equivalent to graduation from high school required and some college preferred, or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities, also is acceptable. Previous hospitality or restaurant experience preferred.
Language Skills: Ability to read, write, and verbally communicate effectively and professionally with other business departments, guests, and vendors. Ability to diplomatically deal with difficult situations and people, while exhibiting a consistent level of professionalism.
Technical Skills: Basic computer skills required.
Reasoning Ability: Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, report or schedule form.

SUMMARY
To supervise the maintenance operations and physical condition of the hotel to ensure highest standards of guest satisfaction within allotted budget.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Hotel Maintenance
Meet and exceed guest and team member expectations by providing friendly service and team wo Inspects all operating systems and components of the hotel to ensure they are operating
properly, efficiently and safely, as directed by management Supervises, develops, and maintains an ongoing maintenance operation for the hotel
including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, water treatment, preventative maintenance, hotel rooms, air/heating units, ice machines, swimming pools, lighting, kitchen equipment, emergency generators, water softeners, switch rooms, roof exhausts, electrical substations, etc.
On an ongoing and regular basis, inspects and evaluates physical condition of entire hotel asset, including all guestrooms, public areas, pool area; completes and retains inspection reports on a regular and timely basis, using proper Company inspection forms
Works closely with other departments (i.e., Front Office and Housekeeping Departments) on maintenance and repair issues
Orders material and completes work assignments on time and by a specified date Performs work within department expense plans Assists in capital budgeting Maintains hotel by performing painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and other related
maintenance activities Notifies management concerning need for major repairs or additions to lighting, heating and
ventilating equipment Submits to management recommendations for painting, repairs, furnishings, relocation of
equipment and reallocation of space May tend furnace, air conditioner and boiler to provide heat, cool air and hot water Oversees compliance with OSHA standards regarding proper usage, dilution of products,

SUMMARY
The Housekeeping Supervisor is responsible for supervising, directing, assisting, and assuring the completion of Housekeeping tasks assigned to Guest Room Attendants and Facility Attendants. Incumbent must utilize available resources to provide excellent Guest Satisfaction. The Housekeeping Supervisor will meet or exceed productivity and cleanliness standards, taking corrective action as needed to ensure standards are maintained. Work hours/days vary as dictated by business needs, and may include weekends and holidays.
