• Stop and use the restroom before you arrive

GROOMING• No body piercing

• Cover tattoos

• Males: No long hair

• Males: Facial hair well groomed

• Avoid strong cologne/perfume

• Fresh Breath

Attire• No T-shirts

• Pull-Over shirt w/collar

• Button Down Shirt

• Khakis

• Suit

• Well pressed jeans

• No holes

• No sandals or flip flops

• Avoid big/gaudy jewelry

Speech• Avoid poor grammar• Avoid slang• Avoid “uhm”, “okay”, “uh”, “like”, “so”, “and”…• Use respectful words:

– Yes, sir / ma’am– No, sir / ma’am– No thank you / Please / Thank you– Thank you for your time.– I look forward to hearing from you soon.
