Job Title Supply Finance Manager Function S&F Location/Site Pune Job Purpose Responsible for planning, directing and monitoring the activities related to the company's costs systems and analysis of product costs and contribution margins - including details for prime, conversion and logistics costs for supply. Responsibilities include governance/control, reporting, analysis and planning of supply chain performance, co-piloting Chain leadership, and managing/developing supply chain finance analysts/accountants Key Responsibilities Co-Piloting Serve as the Finance Co-pilot to the Factory Director and factory management team providing financial advice to ensure sound financial and operational decisions. Support strategy definition and implementation, developing and evaluating longer term strategies, forecasts and investment plans. Manage the processes of the Factory financial shaping and financial forecasting (including Capex), analysis, management accounting and reporting. Including identifying business issues and opportunities, and making recommendations for future actions. Work on business process integration across functions and lead the implementation of SAP for manufacturing Manage the processes of product costing, transfer price calculation, governance and control of capital investments. Provide reliable and timely financial data to key stakeholders to support the decision-making process. Improve, and ensure compliance with internal processes and implement necessary control procedures to ensure achievement of factory business and company objectives. Instill strong cost control and planning discipline to assist senior plant management in controlling manufacturing costs. Effectively lead, support and develop the Factory Finance team. Select, engage and develop Associates to achieve their maximum potential and contribution to the company objectives.

Driving business data integration with all appropriate functional interface (work stream

Context and Scope

This position is expected to collaborate cross functionally within the Regional Channel Teams

and with other related functions such as Trade Marketing and Supply Chain.

Job Specifications/Qualifications

Education & Professional Qualification; Chartered Accountant

Knowledge/Experience: 7 to 8 years ideally last 2-3 years in FMCG manufacturing

environment
