iGCDP: Mayuri’s Department Project head I Can, Genesis and Conserve and Onegod Duration: 3 months Role: Project Head Responsibility: Delivering a learning experience to Interns and team members of the project. Their development and behavior. MoS- Number of matches in the project, number of people impacted, NPS of the project, member retention and productivity. KPI- Number of countries covered while matching, number of interviews taken, number of clients raised and retained, number of active members. JOBROLE: Raising:
• Induction to members about market research and assisting members in making cold calls.
• Following up with members and going for meeting with the member. • Getting TNJQ signed from client. • Focus on NGOs with free food or accommodation.
Matching • Structuring a proper matching mail. • Induction to members about database preparation. • .net training to members regarding SND management. • Tracking members for Facebook promotion and facebook project page management. • Training members to take effective interviews. • Ensuring proper documents, IL, reception package etc has been exchanged and stored

Realization
• Ensuring arrival details are filled in the department realization tracker. • Ensuring member is inducted about calling of driver and pickup. • Ensuring the EP is met within 48 hours. In case the member is unable to meet the
intern, the Project head has to meet the EP. • Inducting member about 1st day induction of the EP and ensuring member is going with
the EP on the first day of work. • Taking feedback of the EP weekly. • Firefighting in case of any trouble and reporting to the VP immediately.

start date etc. • Ensuring smooth communication between himself and the EP and taking weekly
