You should be able to ensure the availability test environment, design test and defect reporting formats and manage the team. You should update project related data as required in applicable systems and ensure timely reporting and response to stakeholders. Proficiency with performance testing of client-server interaction languages and techniques. 5. Good communication skills Applicants for employment in the United States must possess valid work authorization status. • Highly skilled in Performance & Scalability Testing. 5-6 years minimum technical testing experience with HP Performance Center, HP LoadRunner with at least 3 years of hands on experience with requirement gathering, scripting, running performance tests, result analysis & presentation • Experience with scripting and testing at least one complex protocol (e.g. Citrix, Flex, Siebel, Oracle, QTP)

• Ability to gather requirements for scalability testing of applications including integration with other systems and

quickly understand implications to test effort, schedule and test execution plan

• Experience working with a variety of databases, e.g. SQLServer & Oracle

• Ability to work independently as required

• Ability to analyze an application and determine the correct method for testing.

• Ability to generate reports from test results with minimal rework

• Ability to troubleshoot script related issues, tune, debug, and provide performance recommendations.

• Ability to setup scenarios on controller and perform test execution
