Guiding a team of Business Developers and Business Managers towards success Continuously coaching the best practices to your team Managing a team of 30 consultants (project scope, career path and coaching) Expanding a client portfolio within a Key Account Management (KAM) approach Networking with C-level executives or decision makers to generate new business opportunities Developing creative strategies to reach out to new clients Defining a long-term business strategy Driving business achievements, setting strategic goals, monitoring performance Forecasting financial objectives, preparing a yearly budget and overseeing a 3M € turnover Maintaining a high-quality of service delivery Enforcing an efficient transversal collaboration Fostering the sustainability as a business case Taking responsibilities in the recruitment process Strengthening Greenfish values into business development as well as people management Are either a senior business manager or a Business Unit Manager. Can provide insight and support to successfully manage a Business team. Have a master’s degree in Engineering/Business or other equivalent. Have a strong knowledge in environment, energy and sustainability. Have inspiring management and coaching skills. Have a broad client network in Belgium (and abroad). Have a in depth knowledge of engineering jobs & projects. Have a valuable experience in P&L management. Are proficient (oral and written) in the 3 following languages: Dutch, French and English. Have the required following transferable skills: Professional written and verbal communication, impactful presentation skills, assertiveness, structured approach, stakeholder relationship management, conflict management, problem solving and out-of-the-box thinking. Have good organisational skills and an analytical mind. Are keen to take initiatives. Can work independently while respecting deadlines. Are rigorous and result-driven.
