Job Description / Roles &
Responsibilities
Identify the city given and able to grade different district under the city.
Identify and Generate new clients. Co-ordinate and fixing appointment with the client (Advertising agencies) Development of proposals, agreements and pitches for prospective Clients. New Client acquisition through presenting business proposals to targeted clients
on face to face meetings.
Responsible for Developing business partners or sub District businesspartners in different areas.
Work as an interface between brand and investors for closing business partnersup till signing agreement.
Being the SPOC with Business partners. Training, Motivating and supporting business partners whenever needed. Communicating various schemes/offers to business partners for enhancing
performance
Identify and understand the trends with client/agency and meet target revenue Retain accounts through the development of strong relationships with key
decision makers.
Reviewing your own sales performance, aiming to meet or exceed targets Attending team meeting and sharing best practice with colleagues.
Skill Knowledge/Preferred
Confident and with pleasing personality Open for travelling with in the area.
Should be target oriented Candidate having experience in making business partners, franchise for the
company will be preferred.
Good sales and negotiation skills with excellent communication and listeningskills.
