The Job

You will be responsible for the creation and management of the Clinical Research Databases and its related activitiesfor the Senior Investigator (SI) and assist the SI in his scientific activities.

You will be responsible for the following :

Creating, maintaining and validation of clinical databases for the provision of generating reportsEnsure compliance of the database with standard operating proceduresReview, analyse and validate clinical data to ensure consistency, integrity and accuracyApprove and approve CRF design, data review ground rules and database designAssist the SI in the costing and acquisition of relevant IT hardware and software required for the databases Liaise with collaborator, industry, academic and professional organisationsResponsible for generating annual reportsDevelop and maintain documentation; and data management guidelines

Requirements

Possess a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma,Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

Experience in Linux, Apache, MySQL and PHP will have added advantage

A strong interest in clinical research

Good verbal and written communication skills in English

Ability to work a s member of a dynamic team

Relevant experience with data management

Ability to work with minimal supervision and be responsible for own actions
