    MyanmarThe United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) is seeking applications from dynamic and highlymotivated Myanmar nationals for the following vacancies with UNDP Yangon.     Title : ICT Assistant One PositionLevel : SC-4Duration of Assignment : Till December 2010 with the possibility of extensionDuty Station : Based in Yangon (with frequent travel to Project Areas)Requirements: Bachelor degree with IT specialization. Diploma in Computer Science is an added advantage;2 to 3 years hands-on experience in computer/information technology; hands-on experience in trouble-shooting;familiarity in handling web-based information/technology; good knowledge of UNDPs technology environment,computer systems, UNDP policies and procedures is an advantage; good communication skills; team player;knowledge of ATLAS is an added advantage. Good level of English, both written and spoken is absoluterequirement.Position No. 2Title : Procurement Assistant One PositionLevel : SC-5Duration of Assignment : Till December 2010 with possibility of extension

    Duty Station : YangonRequirements: University graduate preferably in Business or Public Administration; minimum 3 years ofrelevant administrative experience at national or international level; specialized training in procurement;experience in the usage of computers, office software packages (MS Word, Excel, etc.,); knowledge ofautomated procurement systems, experience in web based management systems; good level of written andspoken English. Position No. 3Title : Project Assistant One PositionLevel : SC-5Duration of Assignment : Till December 2010 with the possibility of extension

    Duty Station : Based in Yangon (with frequent travel to field survey operation areas)Requirements: Bachelors degree. Degree in Business Administration, Accounting or Finance is preferable butnot mandatory. Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible accounting, finance and office functioning. Strongcomputer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Access. Ability to type Myanmar language is an asset.Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Good writing and communication skills in English. Diligenceattention to critical details, keen sense of work priorities and highly motivated. Knowledge and familiarity in largescale survey activities an asset.Position No. 4Title : Office Helper One PositionLevel : SC-1Duration of Assignment : Till December 2010 with the possibility of extensionDuty Station : YangonRequirements: Secondary Education. Bachelors degree is preferable but not mandatory. Formality withproject office works and computer skills including Microsoft Office Word, Excel and Power Point application.Ability to type Myanmar language is an asset.
