IntroductionA job is a collection of tasks and responsibilities

that an employee is responsible to conduct.A task is a typically defined as a unit of work,

that is, a set of activities needed to produce some result

Job Analysis is a process to identify and determine in detail the particular job duties and requirements and the relative importance of these duties for a given job.
