INSTALLATION The installation hole is at right angle to the installation surface. The hole of chamfer should be kept small with C 0.5. ―JNS‖ mark on the stud head side is shown by the position of the oil hole. Installation is required so that the oil hole of the stud is not in the load zone.
ANTI-DUST AND LUBRICATION ―JNS‖ produces CAM FOLLOWERS also with rubber seals (UU types), to protect the products from the dust and the grease leaking. Sealed type are filled with lithium grease NO.2 of good quality. When the grease nipple is necessary to CAM FOLLOWERS, you are requested to press the flanged parts of the nipples by the equipment as shown below.
THE STANDARD ACCESSORIES OF CAM FOLLOWERS The standard accessories of CAM FOLLOWERS are as shown below. The grease nipples are available on your request, indicating us ―N‖
1) Resin plug servers for prevention of grease leaking
2) Stop plug serves for filling lubrication hole which is not used.
