TheJesbelt-Miniisequippedwithahighsignalrateincrementalencoder(Tacho).TheTachoismountedtotheidledrumoftheconveyor,thuscontinuouslymonitoringthespeedofthebeltandalarmingtheoperatorbytheslightestirregularityintheoperationoftheweighfeeder.

TheJesbeltDconsistsofaconveyorbeltsuspendedintwosupportingprofiles.Thebeltrunsonhighprecisionturnedendrollersandstainlessbeltrunningplatesatinletanddischarge.Thebeltisprovidedwithanadjustablenylonscraperwhicheffectivelycleansthebeltatthedischargeroller,andthebeltisguidedbyaheightadjustableedgeguide.

Formultipurposeadjustmentpossibilities,theweighfeederissuppliedwithaheightadjustableweighbridgebetweenthesidemembersandrunningplates.

Scrapers

Forthecontinuousmonitoringofthebeltoperation,theweighfeedercanbesuppliedwithasetofbelttrackingswitches.Dependingontheelectricalwiringtheswitchescanbeconnected„NormalClosed“or„NormalOpen“

Toimprovetheoperatorsafetytheweighfeedercanbesuppliedincludingemergencystopwithwire.Theemergencystopsaremountedwithawireonbothsidesprovidingemergencystopinthefulllengthoftheweighfeeder.
