Customer receives an sms from InFocus to upgrade to a VoLTE device in the following 2 ways

For existing customers of InFocus users of select model Process 1

1. The customer has to download & install MyJio application from Google’s Play store (Models on which this offer is applicable is mentioned in the next slide). The download has to happen on the applicable models only.

2. Banner will appear with Get Jio SIM, click to process 3. A code would be generated 4. The code has to be shown at R-Jio authorized outlets to get free SIM. Customer has

to fill up KYC & submit supporting documents to get the SIM 5. The customer then has to download any 5 out of 10 R-Jio application after

inserting the SIM card 6. The code would be redeemed and the customer will get the 3 month offer 7. Offer – Data and Calls (within India) free for 3 months from date of redeeming the

code

STEPS to GET THE R-Jio Offer on InFocus Devices


Customer clicks on the URL in sms and is directed to the landing page

Customer to download MyJIO app to generate

coupon code

Once customer clicks on the “Download MyJio App” tab, he is

directed to the google play store window to initiate MyJio app

installation

Customer to click “Install”

Once the installation is completed, a shortcut icon

will be available on the homes screen

Customer clicks on the app icon to open the same and sees this

window “Default window”

IF this is a first time login, the banner will change to “Get JIO SIM”

within seconds. Customer has to click on “Get JIO SIM” to initiate

the process

number to generate OTP. Enter OTP and SUBMIT

To generate coupon code, customer needs to click on “Agree and Get JIO Offer”

tab at the bottom of the page

When the customer clicks on “Get JIO SIM”, he is directed to the next window which mentions Jio Preview Offer

details. If the customer wants to view detailed T&C, he can do so by clicking on the hyperlink before agreeing to the

same. 6


When the customer clicks on “Agree and Get JIO Offer”, he is directed to the next window which will check the eligibility of the

customer basis his location. Customer needs to activate GPS so app can detect his current location and confirm if he is in serviceable area OR not. Also, customer can manually select his location if he wants.

If customer is in serviceable location, application will detect and prompt “Available

in your area”. Customer to click NEXT

If customer is not in serviceable location, application will detect and prompt “The offer is currently not available in your area”. Customer to

click CLOSE

JIO Care executive may ask the customer to re visit the app in few days as we are adding more towns to this list

For customers in serviceable location, once the click NEXT, they are directed to the window which

guides them on steps to receive the offer. Customer clicks on NEXT

Step 1 – Generate offer code. Once customer is on the next window, he

receives his Coupon Code along with validity mentioned (customer needs to present to any Reliance digital or Reliance digital Mini store for

redemption). Customer to click NEXT

The coupon code will be auto saved in the application until redeemed. Alternately, customer can take a screen shot and save it till he visits a Reliance outlet for redemption.

Once customer has generated the Offer Code, he is directed to the next window where he is shown the list of POI and POA document required for KYC. Customer to

click NEXT

Customer is directed to the store locator window. Basis customer’s current location, application will

provide nearest Reliance digital OR Reliance digital Xpress stores on the map. Alternately, customer can search the store manually as well. Customer to click

NEXT

Once the customer has located store, he is directed to the next window which will indicate the pending steps.

Customer to take note of balance steps and click on DONE

Customer now needs to visit the store, submit a valid POI and POA along with the CAF (duly signed) and collect his SIM. SIM activation TAT : 2-4 hours (subject to correct and valid document submission)

Store/ JIO Care executive to inform the customer that he needs to download the mandatory app ONLY then the “UNLIMITED” offer will be activated.

Once the customer has redeemed the coupon code at authorized reliance store, he needs to go the MyJio App to install mandatory apps. To avail the “UNLIMITED” offering, installation of these apps is mandatory. To initiate app installation, customer to click SUBMIT

In case customer ignores the Install apps banner, he will se the above page prompt when he logs into MyJio as a reminder to download the

app

On completion of app installation, JIO Preview offer will be activated for the said customer on his JIO SIM. This offer is applicable only for the same

handset
