SWA Group: www.swagroup.com Jing An Kerry Centre SWA provided the concept design for this six- hectare mixed-used development—which includes commercial, retail, and hotel space—adjacent to Jing An Park. At the project core is a main plaza that incorporates stone, water, evergreen shrubs, gravel, and lawn panels that float freely within the overall framework grid. This area includes an outdoor event space, shaded seating areas, dining venues, and garden sculptures. Both the garden and plaza are visually connected to the main fountain, which cools the plaza during warm summer months and minimizes the sounds from busy adjacent streets. A series of tree bosques highlight the retail spaces along the northern edge of the project and create a distinct garden for shoppers and pedestrians. SWA provided the concept design for this six-

hectare mixed-used development—which includes

Jing An Park. At the project core is a main plaza that
