Understanding the Movement Sheet Display

9W336 is the Flight number A2 – is the Bay on which the Flight is/was/will be parked based on the flight status. The bay numbers are colour coded as shown below:

The Bay is assigned for the flight but the aircraft is not on the bay yet.

The Bay is assigned for the flight and the aircraft is parked on the bay.

The Bay was assigned for the flight and the aircraft has departed the bay.

The Bay was assigned for the flight and the flight arrived at the destination. The Bayno box would be blank if no bay is assigned to the flight. The bay numbers are shown based on the aircraft pattern and the ETD. Hence the Arrival bay for the previous flight is shown as the departure bay for the subsequent flight. Incase if there is a broken aircraft pattern resulting in more than one flight with the same A/c registration with similar ETD then the display of the bay numbers would be erroneous. The same would get fixed with the aircraft pattern is corrected. Next the Movement Sheet shows the STD, ETD, OUT and OFF times of the flight as per the status of the flight. The ETD column does not show any thing once the flight is departed. If the flight is delayed then the ETD would be shown in red as shown below:

If the Flight has not departed on time the OUT time is shown in Maroon colour with a # (hash) sign next to the time.

Next to the OUT and OFF times the information of the crew operating is shown.

Page 7: JETSOFT USER GUIDE - Jet Airwaysjetsoft.jetairways.com/JETSOFT USER GUIDE.pdf · Page 5 Movement Sheet shows the Departing and Arriving Flights from a selected base for the selected

Page 7

The Crew information also provides details of if the crew is an incoming operating crew from any previous flight. (Note ACM is not considered here.) “<” Indicates the Crew is coming from the previous flight. <2015 IXU-BOM indicates the crew member is coming from the flight. In case if the crew is operating another flight after this flight the same is shown with a ‘>’ sign as shown below:

The CAT II/III rating of the crew is shown along with the crew names. The crew names and qualification are updated a periodic updates from the crewing system Avient/Top Air. In case if the crew information of a particular flight is not available the same is shown as “NOT AVAILABLE”.

After the crew names the Station column shows the arriving station of the flight. Next is the Aircraft registration assigned to the flight number. As this the Movement sheet is from the perspective of the Base the information as to when this aircraft is going to come back to the station. In this case “JGZ” aircraft is coming back to BOM as 9w337 with STA 10:05 UTC. ON/PRE/ETA column shows the tentative time (before departure) in Red, ETA in green and ON – Touch Down time in Black. ATA is the Actual Time of Arrival and BAY NO shows the arrival bay assigned for the flight. If the Aircraft is not coming back to the Base selected in the same calendar day it is shown as FLYING OUT OF BASE.

Clicking the Flight number opens a screen where the dispatch staff enters the details.

Aircraft Registration, ETD and Status are updated automatically. However once the Flight is Verified and Confirmed any changes in Aircraft changes are NOT updated as there is no possible way to confirm if the Fueling company has got the change of aircraft after the Verification process. However this can be manually updated after informing the Oil companies. Fuel Status column show Blank or HOLD Bowser or Confirmed. Fuel status is Blank when the figures are not yet updated or verified by the user. When the User selected Hold Bowser option the Status is shown as “HOLD Bowser” usually done for Tankering sectors. Note the Burn Off Figure is not shown if the Fuel status is set to HOLD Bowser. Reset Values Button is used in extreme cases when you want to reset the values to blank and the subsequent data update will then update the flight. The flight will then be required to be verified accordingly. In some rare cases if you encounter a duplicate flight scenario or flight showing as Cancelled and also as operated then the same can be deleted using the Delete flight option. Due to security reasons this option is visible only to the Help Desk Staff.

LOADMSG ZFW – ZFW message is sent from the Load Manager system by the Load & Trim Staff and the same is forwarded to Airpath for updation. All the messages sent for a flight can be viewed in this screen. There are times were the ZFW may not get updated in Airpath due to difference of aircraft registrations in Load & Trim System and Airpath.

The information is fairly easy to understand. For each flight number the Flight status and the last received ZFW is shown in the Latest EZFW column. The Sender Column shows the Sender Telex ID. The column also lists the Load Manager Registration which was received in the Payload Message. There are times when the Load Manager A/c Registration does not match with the A/c registration in JetSoft. These cases are highlighted in RED as shown below.

The Last Column shows all the Messages received from Load Manager for the Flight with the Latest Message being at the end.

For Airway, Route and Flight Restrictions along with KEY you also need to define the Sector. The Start/End Time are treated as non-continuous between the start/End Date. Meaning that if a restriction is defined as: Start Date 150710 End Date 170710 Start Time 0000 End Time 0500 (IN UTC) Day of Week is defined as “1234567” meaning all days 1 = Sun ,2=Mon ..7=Sat Defined as: 150710 -170710 0000 to 0500 UTC It would mean restriction is applicable for: 150710 0000 to 0500 UTC 160710 0000 to 0500 UTC 170710 0000 to 0500 UTC If it is require to define a restriction which is of continuous period across the date: Start Date 150710 End Date 170710 Restriction from 0100 UTC of 150710 to 1500 UTC of 200710 Then you need to define it as 3 Restrictions: 150710 -150710 0100 to 2359 UTC 160710 -190710 0000 to 2359 UTC 200710 -200710 0000 to 1500 UTC Display of Restrictions: While display of restrictions dates between the Start Date and the End Date will also be considered along with the Day of Week to Show the applicable Restrictions. E.g if Restriction is defined as 120710 -180710 0000 to 0500 UTC Day of Week 1 4 7 meaning applicable for 120710, 150710 and 180710. Now when Restrictions are checked say for Start Date 140710 to 160710 the above restriction will be displayed as for the Intermediate date 150710 the restriction is applicable. Based on the way restrictions are defined the restrictions will be listed for the day to day flights. .
