Verify attendance, hours worked, and pay adjustments, and post information onto designated records. Record data for each employee, including such information as addresses, absences, supervisory reports on performance, and dates of and reasons for terminations. Review documents such as staffing tables to determine personnel and materials requirements, and material priorities.

Process, verify, and maintain personnel related documentation, including staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, classifications, and employee leaves of absence for all Pharmacy employees.

Revise schedules when required due to design changes, labor, backlogs, or other interruptions, collaborating with management, construction companies, and industrial engineering.

Explain company personnel policies, benefits, and procedures to employees or job applicants

Complete all safety and compliance training with all float/ Intern personnel. Administer systems and programs to increase safety as well as internal and external customer service.

Confer with supervisors, senior leader, Divisional VP’s and other personnel to assess progress and discuss needed changes.
