Ethical Dilemma a in work place

ALOHOL OR DRUGS CAUSES ACCIDIENTS (BEER).

At my place of work the one accidents happen with the my work mates.

One last day of work that was the last night shift ,one of the employee did not came to work. We had day off and the next day we went to work and at that time all employee present and the staff that absent from work also came to work.

The supervisor call the absent staff to see him in the office after seeing him. He told us that he was suspended and send home. Next day we saw him come to work , without giving any notice he came up and punch the supervisor because he was in drunkard sense. The supervisor call security and the security attained and take him away to the base and lock him in the jail. After some days he was bail out and came to work apologise the supervisor and both happy accepted each other and solve the problem and the employee go back to work. And this the real troubles that is happen in our work place. What makes this happen its a killer and a destroyer ( BEER)

In the sense of any alcohol or drugs can causes troubles with in place of work or outside of the work.

It will affect our work, family, and community……SAY NO TO BEER or DRUGS.

Way forward The company is already have this rules in place to

the all employees but some this drunkard addicts are not following the set and recommended rules and policies of the company. Neglect ion and abusing the rules.

Security check regularly and test them with the alcohoalizer

Any employee abide the company's polices will be dealt accorderly and termination offense meaning all three warning must be given and four is termination.
