Jeremy Richardson — MDS ASSISTANT — American Village Jeremy Richardson began as an LPN at American Village in 2008 and has served as an MDS Assistant since 2018. He has embodied the Care Companion program even before its inception and works diligently to make and keep relationships with the residents. Jeremy is a true “lead by example” team member and will do anything for anyone in the building. He has a wonderful impact on the lives of American Village residents. Jeremy enjoys brightening the residents’ day by providing them with visits and a snack. When asked what motivates him each day, Jeremy said, “Our residents could be you, they could be any one of us. The person in that room is someone’s daughter, brother, sister, friend, father, mother. So, treat them like you would want to be treated or, more importantly, like you would want someone you love to be treated.” Jeremy has three children and has been with his partner Rachel for 13 years. In his free time, Jeremy enjoys watching history shows and sports. He can also be found enjoying cycling, playing basketball and hanging by the pool. American Village residents and team members are lucky to have Jeremy Richardson in the American Village family and are proud of him on his Quest for Excellence award!
