JELQING FOR PENIS ENLARGEMENT

Jelqing is a natural penis enlargement technique that reportedly has its roots in the Middle East. Ancient technique or not, it is the only proven method for increasing the size of your member. The way the exercise works is by increasing blood flow to the penis and thereby causing controlled tears to the blood chambers in the penis. When these heal they will increase in size, resulting in in-creased penis size. So how is it done? We've put together a jelqing routine that, if followed properly, should result in a permanent increase in both penis length and girth. The first step is geared towards improving blood circulation to your penis and minimizing any risk of injury during jelqing.

1. Get a clean medium-sized towel and immerse in warm water. Make sure the water is not hot and that the towel is soft and of decent quality.

2. Squeeze the towel out and wrap around your penis for two to three minutes. Rinse and repeat an additional three or four times. If your towel starts cooling down, simply immerse in warm water once more.

3. Once you have completed this process, dry your penis off with a separate clean towel.

Before continuing it is absolutely critical that your erection level is just right. If you begin jelqing with a low erection the pressure will not be significant enough to make a difference. On the other hand, if you are fully erect you will risk injury so make sure you stop and take a break if this is the case.

4. Smear your penis with a moderate amount of Vaseline. Stick to a proper lubricant and don't sub-stitute with shampoo or something similar. You will otherwise definitely regret it later

5. Using an OK-sign grip, grab your penis at the base and stroke slowly towards the glans. Ap-ply a good amount of pressure but do not overdo it. Each stroke should last two to three sec-onds. Swap hands after each jelq and make sure you apply additional Vaseline if necessary.

Stay focused and make sure each motion is controlled and appropriately timed. Once again, ensure that your penis does not become fully erect during your jelqing exercise. If you feel an erection coming on, take a breather before continuing. You can also try hitting your penis against your thigh or perhaps try thinking of something a little unpleasant!

HOW OFTEN SHOULD I JELQ ?

The number of jelqs you should do during each daily exercise varies.

WEEK 1

In the first week, 200-300 jelqs per day are more than enough.

WEEK 2

You can crank this up to 500 jelqs in your second week. You can then increase frequency ac-cording to comfort levels.

The most important point is to listen to your body. Don't get impatient and if you need to stop jelqing for a couple of days due to discomfort then please do so. Give your penis the time it needs to heal.

THE KEY TO SUCCESSFUL JELQING

The key to success is consistency, proper technique and taking rest when appropriate. Start off slowly so that your penis has time to get used to the jelqing and increase pressure and fre-quency over time. Stick to the routine daily and you should see a visible improvement to length and girth in a matter of months, if not earlier.
