Jeff Stauring, Naples Coaches Soccer Team with his Daughter

Jeff Stauring, Naples is presently coaching soccer at Optimist Club of Naples- Soccer Program along with his daughter Caitlin. In the coming Spring season, Coach Jeff and Coach Caitlin will lead the Optimists Girls U10 team. The father-daughter duo works hard to make the team play together as a unit and they also focus on the needs of individual players. Jeff has many years of real world experience that he shares with the team to help them in developing an out-of-the-box way of thinking.

Caitlin has played soccer in high school as well as in competitive league and she uses this experience to instill discipline and drive to succeed in the players. Jeff also puts forward many important tips that help the players in improving their skills and knowing useful strategies such as when to attack for a goal without going offsides or retreat to defend a goal.

His daughter Caitlin teaches players how to properly kick a ball from the goal box, pass it to other players or trap the ball and when to use these strategies for the best results possible. Jeff uses his astute observation to check how the team plays as a whole, and he also keeps a check on the performance of individual players. He offers useful tips and advice to players so that they can work together as a team and also improve as individual players.

The coaches encourage the players to learn soccer skills through participation and guidance. They motivate the players to make their sessions enjoyable and rewarding by offering new game positions and different scenarios for facing the opposing the other team. The two coaches let them take to the games what they have learned in practice to gain valuable experience.
