Illumine is the database into which reports can be made about witnessed breaches of the UAMS COM Faculty Professionalism Guideline. Reports are assessed by the Deans Senior Advisory Council. Slide 12 The Deans Senior Advisory Council A standing committee of the College, appointed by the Dean; members are known for their good judgment, fairness, and professional behavior Meets quarterly to assess reports made to ILLUMINE Is there evidence that an individual physician appears to be demonstrating a pattern of repeatedly unprofessional behavior? If yes provide the physician with the evidence, confidentially (an Awareness Intervention) If reports continue to be filed after an Awareness Intervention apply the model of progressive interventions Slide 13
