(Sponsored by Norm Hayward’s family & friends) Mr. Norm Hayward was the loving father of OLMC graduates, Amber and Jeremy. After his sudden passing in March 2018, the Hayward family started a non-profit foundation in his honor to help graduating students in the Meadowvale area going into the trades. Whether plumbing, electrical, construction, or mechanical, Norm could figure all of it out. Nominees of this award must be technically skilled, community minded, and always show a desire to ‘do the right thing’. The recipients of this award epitomize these values and:

The individuals who were nominated for these graduation awards represent a small portion of this
cohort, all of whom worked very hard throughout their four years at Our Lady of Mount Carmel.
And so, we want to extend our congratulations to ALL 2020 graduates for their commitment and
