Lead the improvement initiatives related to talent management processes management in each program, and to increase the proposed value for each program.

Plan, track, evaluate, control and improve all the
processes of Talent Management at national level according to 2015 vision and framework: 1. Planning, 2. Promotion, 3. Selection, 4. Allocation, 5. Ensure implementation of Team Minimuns Track Customer flow in GIS
Competency Management
Ensure education and development of all AIESEC
members according to the GCM. Ensure GCM management and implementation at local
and national level.
Coaching and Follow up
Track and coach the performance of the Local Vice-
Presidents Talent Management in order to increase organizational capacity, quality of the local committee's performance and TMP & TLP proper execution.
Ensure the alignment of LCs according to the global trends of Talent Management and promote participation of Maltese AIESEC members on international level.
To track and report the Performance Indicators of Talent Management at national level (retention rate, number of team member experiences delivered, number of team leader experiences delivered, number of team leaders with MoF, number of team members with JD, number of exchanges, quality of delivered experiences, productivity rate).

Job Description
The MCVP oGCDP is responsible for developing strategies to drive sustainable and high growth of quality outgoing Global Community Development Program in AIESEC in Malta. Also, ensure relevance of the GCDP in the external and internal markets. In doing this MCVP is supporting local oGCDP directors in planning, executing and delivery the strategy for growing results and quality of outgoing exchanges. The MCVP oGIP is responsible for delivering a targeted sub product of Outgoing Global Internship Program exchanges in AIESEC in Malta. Job Description The MCVP Marketing is responsible to lead, manage and coordinate the
national Marketing Strategy with our target markets, organizations
(corporate and non-corporate), and youth people (students and graduates),

To manage, coordinate, implement, control and execute the local and national
strategies of marketing in order to improve internal and external

Job Description The MCVP Incoming Global Internship Program is responsible for developing strategies to drive sustainable and diversified growth of quality incoming exchange for Global Internship Program in AIESEC in Malta. Also, ensure relevance of exchange product to external and internal market, and make sure that GIP is the main value preposition for partnerships, and make sure our partners believe in our exchanges products.
The main role of Vice-President Business Development is to ensure quality of national relationships of AIESEC in Malta with current and potential partners. It’s also is in charge of developing national product portfolio and lead the strategies of External Relations to guarantee continuity, acquisition and diversification of sustainable sources of revenue. Besides, the Vice-President BD & Vice-President Finance Legal & Administrative must create and lead strategies to create financial sustainability in the entity mainly iGIP.

Job Description The National Finance & Management Manager is responsible for the excellent management and decision making of Physical and financial resources of AIESEC in Malta. Plan, execute and follow up of all Financial Processes to guarantee sustainability in all activities giving capacity to all strategies. The MC Manager F&L is responsible for all the countable mechanisms and legality of the organization. MCVP F&L must ensure that all activities are developed with transparency, according to the National Compendium, international financial policies and Maltese laws. Support the investment and product development to ensure good resources dynamic. All strategies to leverage LC and MC performance must be created and developed between MCVP BD and MC F&L through National and Local Projects, Government approach and National Alliances.

Accountability to Auditor. Present quarterly report to Sub-advisory Group. Present quarterly report to National Assembly. Guarantee the legitimacy of the legislative
assemblies of AIESEC in Malta and the fulfilment of National Financial Policies.
Report internally and externally about the financial state and fulfilment of legal processes required by the MCP, Auditor and National General Assembly.
Comply with the Auditing Group recommendations related with financial and legal issues.
