3. Key Result Areas and Responsibilities:
KRA 1: Ensure continuous Mobilization as per the target Ensure Mobilisations of the candidates as per the QR have and are
willing to migrate anywhere in India. Screening of the candidates and ensuring right selection of the
candidate for placement.
Lead the team for continuous mobilization of target groups (youth of18-35 yrs) for achieving required enrolments for first batch and forsubsequent batches
Counselling of prospective program beneficiaries and parents
Registration and Admission of the candidates
Ensure Batch Launch & Batch Freeze

Overall management of training in coordination with State Head andProject Lead.
Ensuring quality levels of training classes (attendance, timelycommencement, completion of syllabus)
As a Faculty to impart training on one or all of the following: House-keeping, Personality Development, Life-skills / Soft Skills, SpokenEnglish, any other skill/trait desired.
Continuous counselling, mentoring and motivation of students andtheir families towards the mainstream and jobs.
Ensure proper training program, timetables.
Ensure program assessments and evaluation of the training.
Ensure continuous monitoring of the training and feedback. Ensure Train the Trainer should be conducted.
